So far, so good! We visited this practice and Nurse Practitioner Shelby Warren recently (early October 2024). The office was bright, clean, neat, and modern (not always the case for Tuscaloosa). The front desk staff was okay. We had a very short wait time to be seen by the provider. The nurse practitioner was assessing my mom was warm, kind, and attentive to my 88 year old mom.

Also, there was an accident on the highway in route to the appointment which caused us to be almost 20 minutes late, I called ahead to let the front desk know and they were gracious to see us and not require us to reschedule. I was very grateful for this because we waited two months for the appointment.

I was very pleased with the our visit to this practice.

Love Dr. Lucas. I am 74 and have bunches of specialist. She is my absolute favorite. Runs a tight ship but on the rare occasion they are running late, she at least acknowledges your wait and apologizes. She is professional and I am confident of her skills. She has performed multiple procedures on me, all of which were expertly done. She is also personable and kind.

The NP Staci Hardwick was very kind and professional. I’ve been dealing with my skin condition for a long time by myself with extensive research and maintenance to the best of my ability. No doctors could ever help and most didn’t even know what I was talking about. Staci was kind, attentive, helpful, and understanding. She made me feel seen and heard. She answered every question I had without getting annoyed with me or rushing out of the room. She helped me develop a plan for improving my health and she gave me options that would work best for me. She made me a follow up so that we can make sure everything is working properly and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I was taken back at my appointment time. Everyone was considerate and professional. The bedside manner was excellent . She asked my concerns then began the exam. Explained her findings and treatment options. Presented plan for care after this visit and provided a time they would follow up with me.

I really liked her and everyone in the office. She introduced herself and took all the time I needed for any questions I might have had.
She thoroughly explained what every item was and the options for taking care of them.! I felt so at ease with her. She was gentle, understanding, and made me feel at ease. No complaints at all, only praises and compliments for her! Excellent experience! I think what she wants to do will really help me!

This was my first visit with Alicia Holloway, and I was very pleased . She was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. My nurse Amy was also very kind and friendly. They both answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in their care. Came back a few days later for procedure with Dr. Richardson. He was incredible! So nice and friendly, took lots of time explaining procedure and treatment options. During the procedure, he was genuinely concerned for my comfort. Brianna was the nurse who assisted with my procedure and she was great as well, friendly and compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his staff for your dermatology needs.
