Had my labor and delivery in this hospital, and everything went out with a good experience! Nurses are friendly, caring, and helpful! Doctors are experienced and responsible! Rooms are well cleaned. A big thank you for all the staffs!

I received excellent care at this hospital. The nurses were great, very caring and skilled. I would like to commend the dietary staff for being so helpful and kind. They work hard but were always providing excellent service. Dr. McMaster was great in the ER, explaining everything to me. I appreciated all the kindness offered to me. Most importantly everyone I came in to contact with was helpful and friendly. Thank you.

I need to do some bloodwork for my medicine refills, and I prefer to do it early Saturday morning. Easily made my appointment via the AH's MyChart app, where it presents various locations, dates, and times to pick from. Found an easy spot to park my car, and I'm sitting here at the Winter Park Outpatient lab waiting area to be called. Easy to get in and out, wonderful service with ease of making appointments.

I went to the emergency room on Sunday, January 5 , 2025 and the doctor was excellent. The nurses were excellent. The service was excellent. What I loved the most was how kind all the nurses were and how kind the doctor was and by the way, he was very, very professional. He took all his time explaining everything to me and to my wife. Gave me all the medicines that he could during the visit and took his time and I’m glad to say he was able to help me. I’m still a little congested, but that has nothing to do with Advent hospital Winter Park. I highly recommend the emergency room at this hospital for their kindness, their effectiveness, and and for their professionalism. The staff at the entrance is very courteous and come to you right away for any of your needs. I’ve lived in Orlando 56 years and it’s the first time ever had to use an emergency room there and they are top-notch..

My wife and I have had several interactions with AdventHealth Winter Park from typical office visits to procedures and surgery, always coming away pleased. The doctors are professional and good at their jobs, but they are also nice, treat you like you're part of a team there to help you, and not just listen, but hear you. The staff, from those working with you directly (techs, nurses, etc.) to those in supportive roles (reception, scheduling, gift shop, etc) make time spent here pleasant, supportive, and eases (most) any anxiety one might experience. Overall we are pleased with and happy returning to AdventHealth Winter Park for our medical needs.

I spent 6 days in Winter Park hospital, the staff could not have been nicer. In fact one nurse her name is Kara, she was one of the nurse leaders and the most phenomenal wonderful nurse I've ever had. From the doctors to the PCT everything was really good the nurse leaders were wonderful and the staff couldn't be better. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience

We had an amazing experience at Advent health Winter Park! From the moment we arrived until our departure, the entire staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming.
My wife and son felt right at home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

I will say all the nurses and the doctors I met with were great. I thank God for Michelle being the best nurse I’ve ever had in any of my inpatient hospitalizations anywhere. However, I put one star I have been given a really horrible discharge that I am appealing as of tonight, I specifically told them I needed to go somewhere inpatient for safety and for physical therapy because doing it outpatient or in my house is not safe alternatives. The physical therapist that work today on the 2400 block of inpatient rooms at this hospital named Clyde is a disgraceful, dishonest, awful physical therapist. I don’t know since when healthcare professionals do not listen to their patients that are very concerned and know their own health. Today was a very disappointing experience from how they rushed me out tonight. They weren’t going to rush me out tonight. They were going to actually place me somewhere safe to do physical therapy however Clyde that neurologist do and the other people that tech Michael did not make anything go well. Instead of actually honoring the patient’s request and being patient focused, all they care about is shoving people out the door so they can make more money from other people insurance that may pay more than my Medicare and Medicaid does what they did was malpractice. I am looking forward to my phone call with the risk management department to fix this very issue. I am in excruciating pain if not worse than when I went there. Why should I care? If they don’t care, why should I care?
