Yesterday I had an appointment for my back pain and I can tell that I haven’t been treated that well in long time in a private medical institution, the girls in the front desk were very nice, and my physiotherapist Mr.Guerra was really supportive and helpful, I left feeling relieved and certainly better. I definitely recommend it, and I would go again if I needed it.

My experience was great , Doctor Diana Roman is a wonderful doctor , She is very attentive, explained my problem in detail, very patient and competent. The staff were also very nice . I was lucky to have found this clinic and Dr. Diana as my primary doctor.

Everyone was so very wonderful and kind! From the front desk with Silmary, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Dr. Roman they were extremely kind and listened well! It was our first time with this doctors office and we decided to make it our primary doctor. We definitely recommend them to everyone.🤗😉👍😁

Have Oscar Insurance and are in the area? This is one of the best doctors in the area. They are kind and laid-back while being descriptive and handling things properly. You can tell they really care about their patients.

No response to emails, chat, contact us form, or phone messages. No prescription prescribed that was needed and requested. Front desk office manager also does triage and nurse duties, computer troubleshooting, and everything else in the clinic. She's probably overwhelmed and understaffed. Still, it's not okay to forget people, ignore patients, and just not provide service. It's also not okay to close early without notice after confirming hours.

I would not recommend this place. I’ve been trying to get 2 prescriptions submitted for almost 2 weeks for my mom. They said they submitted the prescription and the pharmacist said they have not. Back and forth for 2 weeks. That’s unacceptable.
