I absolutely love Chase Pharmacy. I have always felt respected and part of their extended family. I've been a diligent customer ever since they were located inside the grocery store, before it was converted into storage units.
Example: I was on my fourth or fifth Antibiotics when the Pharmacist politely said, "if you don't mind if I ask " what is your doctor attempting to treat you for." I HAD A UTI & my physician kept writing different scripts at my usually bi-weekly office visit. He said that it was unhealthy to be taking so many and didn't hesitate for me to seek out treatment from a Urologist. He NEVER said a cross word against my personal physician. I have the utmost respect for this well kept secret society of drugest and it's employees. They really do care about the health and well-being of their customers.
Oh, it always smells relaxing as soon as you walk in, with the different scented sachets and candles that are available to purchase. It reminds me of walking into a treasure-trove speciality shop like you used to find 30+ years ago in a small town. I encourage everyone to check out my hidden treasure.

Customer service is great! They always answer the phone without 10 minutes of talking to a computer first their customer service is 100%, especially compared to jokes like CVS on Winchester. Take your business local and have a better experience. Big boxes don't care about you as a person--this place does!

After Publix's pharmacy service went rapidly downhill recently, we found ourselves in a bind to find one open and that had a medication we critically needed. Chase was the only one open at that time of day and we've been glad of it since.

The staff is friendly and helpful and we've never had a place fill prescriptions as fast as they do.

I have been using Chase Pharmacy since we moved into his area in 1999/2000 and have been most pleased with the personal service, prices and individual attention. I will never use a big box pharmacy again! I recommend Chase to everyone!

I am visiting Huntsville alone, from out of town. I became sick while I was here and could not find a pharmacy to help me get medicine without going into the store. I called several large, chain stores in the area. Finally, I thought to search for a local, independent pharmacist. Chase Pharmacy and Rick to the rescue! I truly appreciate him helping this pitiful sick traveler out. I am very grateful. And always a good reminder to support local businesses!

This is the most friendly and reasonably priced pharmacy I have ever been to. Switched pharmacies as of today without hesitation. These people are humble and professional. I will be recommending this wonderful place to everyone. Do yourself a favor and switch to Chase. You won't regret it. This place deserves all the business for medication in Huntsville.
