I have been struggling to get pregnant and my first appointment with Dr. Strathmann I was such a nervous wreck. I started taking and I just began crying. He had such a level of compassion and kindness that made me feel so reassured. The second time I saw him it was for a vaginal ultrasound, I have never even had a male OBGYN and again he just calmed all my nerves and walked me through the procedure. When he talks to me I feel like he is listening to my concerns and is educating me on all my options. I’m so grateful for him, I still am not pregnant but I trust his judgement and recommendations.

I recently had my first visit to the Women's Healthcare Physicians of Naples. My appointment started with sitting in a hallway with the nurse going over my medical history as she was typing it in the computer. Right next to us was another nurse and patient. I could see and hear everything that they were saying about her medical history and problems, and I'm sure they could hear the nurse and I. Any doctor's office I have ever been to has done that in an exam room where you have privacy. On a positive note, I will say that Dr. Strathmann was very nice, and I felt comfortable talking with him.

Dr. Strathmann was very kind, took time to answer all questions, and had a great bedside manner. I felt at ease discussing my pregnancy with him and got a true sense that he cares about my health and the health of my growing baby, and did not at all feel shamed or judged for my weight, which was very important to me in finding a doctor. This is a very busy and popular practice, so you may wait a little bit at appointment time, YET it is well worth the wait! Support staff from front desk to nurses are friendly, patient, helpful and kind which makes a BIG difference. Dr. Strathmann has the most wonderful caring, bedside manner and puts you completely at ease. He really listens and his knowledge and diagnosis appear top notch. It’s easy to feel you are in expert hands. Referrals were made for additional care. I’m so happy I found him in-network with my insurance! I actually look forward to seeing him and seek second opinions from him as well. He is proactive with recommendations. It’s so refreshing to have a GYN who really cares and goes the extra mile for me on every visit. I trust him completely. Obviously a huge fan. So rare these days;)

A couple or so years back I found Dr Strathmann and he made me feel comfortable, I have a hard time with that and he just made me feel at ease. He did a fantastic job on the procedure I had at that time!

He has also recently been my OB for the past 10 months during my pregnancy and took great care during my pregnancy and delivering my precious baby boy. I couldn’t of asked for anyone better. The nurses and staff are also really nice.
