TERRIBLE! Just toss your money out a window if you really want to waste it. The company, now under the name Premier (I believe it was sold to a larger company) does not return phone calls. You will get the run around by their answering service. You will be sent “professionals” that don’t know which is up or which is down. Please do research and save yourself the dread of dealing with this company!

First day aid broke my door.l took them more then 3 or 4 months to be replaced.

When they have to replace the aid , the person who showed up refused to use translator over and over . Only 20-30% of the time did they even find a replacement there were times i had no aid for weeks. They Did not follow my care plan. Tried to go under the table and administer medication even after being fully aware that no one had the training or qualifications legally to do lt.

A few aids I would only see them when they came and when they left. I later found out that they were just hanging out in my kitchen on their phones the whole time.(I was bed bound)

One aid had roaches crawl out her sweater and bag.

One of the front staff were incredibly racist the last two or three conversations I had with her I had to report her to my caseworker. Even if I called to see if they had someone coming in that day this particular person would make a comments about Spanish people.

The same office worker forgot to tell one Aid that I had appointments 2 days in the week and would not need a service. So on the third day the aid quit and this office worker called me blaming me for her worker quitting and again ranted about Spanish people surprisingly enough I believe she also had a Spanish background.

When I tried to speak with supervisors I was gaslighted repeatedly it was obvious they didn't care about the actual clients. I ended up having to make an official Complaint with the insurance company and look for another company.

Like year ago I got this conpanie as health help of my father last moments of his life.
He was telling me the ladies come here get my things; thinking about his mental condition, but He was correct after His departure of this life . In my house I'm missing a lot of value things .
And the worst part I toll them and never been contacted of anyone of this conpanie .
