Dr. Manivel has one of the most passive aggressive demeanors of any doctor I have encountered. The visit was extremely tense from the moment I walked in the door (a minute early instead of 15, which I had planned for since I didn’t have my paperwork done, because I had gotten a bit lost). I was immediately made to feel really bad, even though I finished it in 8 minutes, apologetically.
Dr. Manivel was the real issue, however. She was absolutely horrendous, which I can tell by other reviews here on Google is a common theme. In my case, she loudly announced my medication to the check out girl and told her not to “book any other people with controlled substances” (I’m on an anxiety medication) as new patients, in front of other patients, as she threw some sort of ego fit when I told her it probably wasn’t going to work out with her as my PCP.
Save yourself the headache and immature, inappropriate nonsense and go elsewhere.

I haven't seen a doctor here yet, but scheduling to make an appointment was an exceptional experience. Denise, working from Lee County in the middle of Hurricane Helene, really went above and beyond to get me an appointment as soon as possible. I wish she worked for me. We'll see how the doctor visit goes, but this was an amazing start.

Quite literally the worst most unhelpful Dr. I have ever run into in the Tricare network. Vilma the nurse and office staff were suuupppeerrr sweet and apologetic. Dr. gnanambal manivel on the other hand refused care and cancelled my appointment on the spot because I asked her to fill out the non-military physician summary of care form as required to provide proper care to service members. 10/10 would not recommend any service member to be seen by her.

Dr.manviel isn’t a good dr the first time I met her it seems as if she had a attitude problem.I had some medical papers to be filled out for my knee so I want get points if it flare up she said she isn’t going to fill them out for me I ask why the reception said she don’t know why. If dr.manviel suppose to be my primary care dr but she want fill out my medical papers and can’t give me a reason why! They was suppose to call me back and never did unprofessional and nasty attitude I’m finding me a dr we can give me a reason why and return my phone call. Don’t go to her maybe she have her picks. I wish I can give her a zero star!

First meeting with primary care physician the bill was over $400. I can't get a hold of the billling department to find out why. The doctor was average....maybe.

I called the office to ask a question about my upcoming appointment and I was told my Dr left the practice. After my primary doctor (Dr Michael) left 6 months ago, the practice went downhill. The first time I saw the other doctor in the practice she cut my medication in half. I didn't know about it until I went to pick it up from the pharmacy. The second time I saw her I told her I wasn't happy about her cutting down my medication. I told her she wasn't acting in the best interest of her patients, she is listening to the insurance company and she told me I can find another doctor. She never went over my lab work and my medication needed to be adjusted and she didn't do that either.
As far as finding another doctor, I went back to my previous doctor, he's two doors down from the other practice. Very happy now.

Dr. Manivel is a great doctor. She listens and is attentive and takes your concerns seriously. I like that she’s pretty direct.. if I say something that is not correct she will correct me and I value that in humans and especially in my healthcare professionals. With the way healthcare is today. Doctors don’t have a lot of time with patients, so I know that we have to get through the appointment and I can lolly gaggle around and I appreciate that she keeps us moving because she has a schedule to keep, but she doesn’t downplay my concerns.

I saw Dr. Manivel and unfortunately she was the most uncaring physician I have ever experienced. I worked in the medical field for some time and have worked with many physicians and this was the most negative experience I ever had with a physician. The girls in the office were kind too bad the doctor could not follow their example.
