As a healthcare provider, I find this place so horrible. From the customer service to the providers. We waited at least 45 minutes - 1 hour EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. No one ever apologized, have updates during the wait. I had an appointment I need to get to that was 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and missed it because this office is so unprofessional. THEN, when you finally get in with the provider, they are dry and not engaging. Definitely only there for a check. I would recommend going somewhere else.

When you go in person, the nurses and psychiatrists are very nice. However, overall this entire COMPLETELY unprofessional. 95% of the interactions I have had there are nothing but frustrating. When trying to get my medical records sent elsewhere I was met with being interrupted to be told information I was already told, a refusal to make a new appointment despite still being an active patient, and eventually being hung up on and told "that is not my problem". Do not get me wrong, there is a young man at the front who is my favorite person and my psychiatrist was great but the frustration, difficulty, and lack of professionalism I faced any time I had to return a phone call is why I am leaving, will not be returning, and will absolutely not be recommending anyone.

I absolutely love the staff and the environment. They have helped me in so many ways within a month and so thankful I found this clinic.
Mr Christopher Lewis and Dr Mallory Papich are amazing and will help you, not make fun of you or belittle you.
I also make appointments and when I get there, I’m not waiting any longer than 10 minutes before I get called back.
