My son went to the bee ridge location tonight and the doctor forgot to send the prescription to our pharmacy. We went back at 7:50 pm to the urgent care because they weren’t answering their phone and the door was locked upon arrival. The reason this location gets 5 stars because I called for their help to try and get in touch with the location I was at. Riley answered the phone and was very helpful and kind during the entire process. She was able to get her provider to send the prescription to our pharmacy for us. Thank you for your hard work!

I felt my experience with SMH urgent Care was unbelievable. I got attention right away. The staff was very very understandabl, professional and very nice. These doctors are better than my own. I have only wonderful things to say about SMH urgent care, doctors and staff. They are so unbelievably respectful and take care of the matter at hand right away! My doctor can't even do that...

Scheduled appointment on line, very easy.
Staff is very friendly and helpful at every point. Waited in waiting area for 10 mins, then taken to exam room. The nurse came right in, very efficient and kind. The NP, Amy, came in shortly after. Very compassionate, knowledgeable and kind.
This entire experience was comfortable and non stressful!

Excellent service, although I wish I could give 5 stars. Called back after leaving because the pharmacy they sent my script to was closed, and they told me they’d handle sending it to a 24-hour pharmacy. I waited all night with my condition because they never sent my prescription to the 24-hour location, but they did cancel the script.

Very poor system to check in - take a number and sit. People leaving out their numbers back that are out of order. Why are these not collected by someone and they put them back. Very slow service. Wound up leaving to go somewhere else after waiting over an hour and not having any movement in the waiting room of people’s numbers being called. Suggest you lock in your appointment online because you will sit and wait forever without an appointment.

Went this morning with high blood pressure. Took my co-pay and I saw the doctor. The doctor told me that they do not do lab work so they can’t help me! Sent me away with a high blood pressure, no treatment. Don’t waste your time going there if it’s related to blood pressure.
