I tried to make this place my go to for primary care but it became clear that I wasn't an easy case to treat with chronic conditions and quickly got the cold shoulder. I wanted a medical professional to go through the process with me of identifying what could be causing my symptoms and had even done some research that I wanted to share with doctor Rowe to express why I felt I had XYZ. These symptoms and concerns I shared were overlooked because they didn't have a cure which I guess means I do not deserve the clarity in knowing that I did in fact have these conditions. Its probably been a year since I came in but ill never forget the way I was made to feel. Luckily enough I listened to the signs and sought out medical care somewhere else. Its just sad that it was delayed, and was made to feel like I was requesting too much and now makes me warry of how I may be treated by medical staff in the future.

The most worthless clinic ever. Can never get in contact with them because they never answer the phone. Been trying to get in touch with my case manager Gisele Rosario for months but she’s never in office and have to leave a voice mail that never gets answered back. They don’t offer any benefits or services. If u need a clinic just go too miracle of love or AHF. Cause these people are not it!

I just went in for my first appointment today and everybody was amazingly kind! They got me in and answered all my questions, got all the paperwork done, and drew my blood. The nurse/phlebotomist who drew my blood was very skilled and nice! I barely felt the needle and she chatted with me to help prevent me from passing out. Dr. Rowe was very helpful and friendly and made sure to let me know about all the different services the Center provides and how I can access them at any time. Definitely glad to be in their care and I feel confident they will guide me effectively in my transition.

Jumping through hoops to get your meds isn't right, they don't even have a doctor on staff. The office manager Linda and her office staff are incompetent at best and clearly give zero ducks about the patient. If you are LGBTQ+ avoid this clinic of shame. Reason we are being given is they will lose government funding. Why will you need any funding when you have no patients? Now you are a waste of our tax dollars and should be closed.

Called today (10/2/24) to try to get some help and the receptionist was rude, curt, and very dismissive. They did not offer any help and made it seem like I am not welcome after explaining my situation. This is NOT a welcoming atmosphere. The service here has gone downhill since my first visit. I suggest going to Crew Health Orlando or Miracle of Love Orland instead.

The 2 guys that run the needle exchange are vary rude and don’t care about the participants of this program. I wish they would fire them both and get someone that cares.

My experience here is always really endearing. Paola at the front desk always goes above and beyond. Paul in case management always has my back. Dr. Rowe is thoughtful, informative, patient, kind, and professional. As odd as it is, I look forward to the lab work preceding my doctor’s appointment because the medical assistants are so easy to vibe with.
