Had a great experience visiting with this practice. When you walk in it's very welcoming! You can clearly see the activity area and how clean and put together the office is. You don't feel like you're walking in to your typical medical office. Christina and her front desk associates are very welcoming and answered all my questions to my understanding. I met Dr. Rivera, Dr. George and Luis Garzon, PA and they all were able to answer my questions as well. Betty was able to help refer me to my next service needed by the practice and the checkout process was smooth. Highly recommend this practice and their staff!

From the first day I was seen at the office, I was welcomed with open arms. I felt my space and my privacy was/is respected. Every person at IMA is courteous, professional, very welcoming, inviting, it feels like a family dynamic every time I have an appointment. From the front dress receptionists, the personal drivers, the security guard and every single nurse and doctor and staff member, they go above and beyond to make sure every patient is seen in a timely manner and they provide exceptional service all the time. I am glad this is my personal home team of doctors and professionals.

Dr. Rivera is very knowledgeable and shows real concern for her patients. The office manager Rebeca is very pleasant and the medical assistant Elizabeth gives the best shot I've had in a long time. I am very pleased with this office and would recommend it to anybody.

Since I have been coming to this place my life has totally changed. They have a wellness center which helps us on our daily exercises. We get conferences on topics like keeping ourselves healthy eating the right foods. Also being a senior at times we feel lonely at this place we are always doing different things. For example hand painting 🎨🖌️. Drawing.This are only a few of things we do. We are not alone meeting other seniors going through the same thing. It's really been fantastic. Enjoying every moment. Doctor's area great they don't rush take time with the patients. Just 💕 it. When I get home I feel energized. Thank God for this place and bless the employees.

I am really grateful of all the team members. Dr. Candice Rivera is an excellent doctor with vast knowledge when it comes to health. I am very grateful. The front office assistant are very nice and know their job well. The medical assistant, Elizabeth Fredette is very friendly and works very well with the patients and go out of her way to make you feel good even when your health is not the best at the moment. But I can't leave out the office manager, Rebecca Rojas. I am very grateful of her excellent job and expertise. She went out her way to help me get the referral to be sent to the Endo. I gladly appreciate her excellent work. Even when I call them by phone, I always get a good response and satisfaction.
