Lauren (PA) and Doctors are excellent. HOWEVER, some of the staff is NOT. When calling, no one ever answers the phone - it directs you to someone. I have now left THREE messages within 2 weeks for the nurse to change my prescription to a generic - CRICKETS - NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM HER. This is NOT acceptable!

They have the worst phone system and no one answers or returns the calls. Their care is mediocre. They only send you for blood and urine test and read them for you. No consulting no advice and you never see the Dr. it’s always the nurse practitioners. As for the front desk personnel they are the rudest people on the phone and all you hear from them is a rude request to pay the bill never available to answer the phone which is a wonder as there are so many of them sitting there. I recently had several surgeries not related to kidney which resulted in poor health that forced me to reschedule 2 appointments. This office sent me a letter of discharge and are now refusing to provide me with care which I so much need as I have severe kidney failure. Make sure you start your care at a different office. Admittedly there aren’t many in Naples.

I received the utmost care from Dr. Russo and Dr. Stricevic and their excellent team of PAs. From the time I was diagnosed with Acute Kidney Disease in the hospital till 6 months later when I finished dialysis, PA Ludovic was with me all the way monitoring my progress and treatments. Dr. Russo and Dr. Stricevic are brilliant and I highly recommend this team. Their office staff are friendly and helpful as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Can’t ever get anyone on the phone. Been trying to get husbands records for months since we moved and when someone finally called back he was hung up on. They don’t care about him or him losing his kidney.
