My first time seeing a doctor here at IO Medical. I was referred by friend, it was a breath of fresh air to find a personal and caring physician. I am a new patient at IO Medical and I am beyond grateful I found them. Although I am very healthy, being on Medicare requires visiting a doctor every three to four months. Therefore, I scheduled a visit and was seen by Dr. Aquino. It was such a pleasure to talk to a doctor who took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and who was both courteous and genuine.

The office, though small, is welcoming. The receptionist is a sweetheart, maintaining a professional demeanor, and the nurse is pleasant, caring, and friendly. I will definitely highly recommend IO Medical.

I had been looking for a good doctor for a couple of years, I finally found it with Dr. Raquel Michel. I love that she listen and explains everything in details. She looks for more holistic ways to help you heal and she doesn’t push medications or vaccines. I really like her approach on the food, lifestyle and your health. If you want a pill to get rid of your illness and don’t want to make changes to get healthy, then she is not the doctor for you.

Very professional and knowledgeable doctors. I switched to Dr Michel after being disappointed with my previous primary care doctor. Dr Michel was amazing! She really cares about her patients, I felt heard and she took time to understand my issues. Her standard of care is 10/10. It would be hard to find someone as dedicated and passionate in patient care as these doctors are.
