The medical team and office staff members in the CFP Physicians Group, Casselbery office are an excellent team. Under the care of Dr. Burrowes and his medical team, I feel that I am in "good hands". The monthly phone calls with Charmane (Cece) are very important to me. Cece is caring and is very professional. The phone calls with Cece are a great service to make sure that everything is going well for me between doctor's visits. Great medical service!

Highly do NOT recommend this place if you are attending for your annual physical. The actual appointment with the NP was great, so I’m sad they won’t work with me on the following billing issue. After my visit, my husband and I each were charged $125 for an “office visit” even though we explicitly explained our visit was for insurance’s covered annual appointment. Tried contacting the billing department over 3 weeks and finally heard back today that it was billed as an office visit AND an annual physical. I’ve never had this happen before at any prior office I’ve attended for a physical and I wasn’t able to get a good answer as to why it occurred. Basically, save yourself the money and go to a different PCP that will code appropriately...or at least let you know ahead of time a physical will cost money

I decided to switch primary physicians and I am already happy with my choice. This office is very attentive to patients needs. I also thought it’s awesome they can do X-rays and blood work on site which will save me time and energy. They also referred me to someone and followed up to walk me through process. They also have an easy to use online portal.

MA Ashley was so amazing and so funny, she really made our visit a fun one. Michelle was so helpful, she explained our conditions so well and with much care. Every time I come, I have a pleasant experience. Sylvia is friendly, compassionate and helpful. All the wait times are acceptable. You’re not waiting long time for your appointment. You’re not waiting a long time for results. You’re not waiting a long time for questions. You’re not waiting a long time to get referrals and leave! Just really appreciate the team here!

My first visit went very well. My on-line check in meant I didn’t have have to be there 40 min before my appointment to fill out ten pages of paperwork with answers I could not remember. Instead, I could fill them out accidentally after I looked for the answers. The nurse who checked me in was professional and engaging. She was a great ambassador for the office. My first meeting with Dr Burrows cemented my decision to have him as my primary care physician. In total I was in the building 1 hour!

Very impressed with the entire process. Office runs efficiently and professionally. I dealt with five different people during my last appointment and all of them are on top of it. I worked with Sylvia … her and two assistants were very knowledgeable, friendly and offered some helpful guidance. Being able to fill out paperwork on-line prior to the appointment was fantastic. Highly recommend this practice and look forward to future visits.
