I would give ZERO stars if I could. Be very careful with them! They will make all sorts of promises! Keep a perfect calendar of therapists- when they are scheduled, when they ACTUALLY show up, what they do, how long they stay (with the patient, not sitting on their computer).
I will most likely be moving forward with reporting them for insurance fraud as their records of their therapists coming are not the same as when they actually do.
They "discharged" my mom from P/T saying she was at 100% yet she can't even stand up from her lift chair!! They "discharged" her from speech when she can barely mumble a word correctly (probably because speech rarely showed).
If you can go with ANY other home health, I recommend that you do. This place is horrible and they all lie and cover up for each other.

They are horrible!!! I have not felt supported when I needed it most in urgent situations whereby did not return calls. Did not call to schedule continued services after I communicated we needed continued care. They obtained script and Medicare approved. Now my husband is in the need of services again and I will be sure to let caseworker know at hospital to connect us to some other agency.
Nurses were great, so Iโ€™m sorry to not have them.

Had to give the company a 1 but really it way below there quality of care services. This company cansel all my home care I told them to stop sending emails and text messages and have nurses call. It was really bad from day one. Had surgery on Monday morning was in recovery for many hours very sick. The company text that day called me and had nurses call telling me that I needed to be seen that day. A few hours, I was able to call back as well text telling all that I was in recovery. Then Tuesday came long it start again, the calls texts.i was even more sick taken to I.C.U. text back to stopping this harassment, wanted me to be seen that day. Still in I.C.U. on Wednesday. Thursday was a joke I was able to talk to somebody that person telling me to be seen, I said I was still in hospital. Friday I was able to go home, they never call me it was my wife. For a 10 am appointment. I call to cancel that day I was sick again. Then spoke to a supervisor told her all the harassment calls and text ever day since Monday. Then it got worst she was talking down to me I was to respond on the first call and text. After saying how sick I was. I not say anything else, her voice went up to almost screaming then I hung up on that rude supervisor. I waited till 8 pm to call to find time Sunday visit. That nurse i call told me I've have been cancel from all the service's. That supervisor cancel me on spite that I wood not take her abuse and listen any more I hung up ... That supervisor needs to be fired.as well as that nurse..... Ps if your life matters take ever step never I mean never go to this BAYCARE company. PPS today is Monday and the phone called start again wanted to see me . The only good thing about that company is that they have two good nurses. Now I am calling that supervisor supervisor to complain even more that company sucks the quality of life right out of all who gose with this company.

Baycare is an absolute joke of a nursing agency. There were 2 very good nurses but the agency itself sucks. They said a nurse would be coming out and Noone ever called or showed up. When we called because there was a problem with the IV pump and the nurse who answered the phone was rude told us to quit calling because she was going to bed. One nurse came out she knew nothing about the pump, she wouldn't change the bandage, she said the nurse would be here Wednesday and Noone showed up three different times we had to call just to get a nurse out here and when we called they said that it was canceled each time and they couldn't come up with an answer of who canceled the appointment. Just not good at all.

Got call from Stesha Heggem at an area code 239 number but did not answer it. Her message left on that call said she is a manager with Pinnacle Health Care. I then tried calling her back. No luck getting through. She is listed on Google as being with North Memorial Health. Why did she call me? Is it because I have been with Pinnacle? Either North Memorial Health or Stesha is some kind of fluke and a possible scammer or phisher by phone. She cannot be reached at the phone call she left on my Call Captioning phone. Really a pain.

Although the people who visit your home are absolutely wonderful, when you call their office, EVERYBODY you speak to on the phone, from the receptionist to the supervisors are RUDE and OBNOXIOUS!!! They make you feel like a total and complete idiot for complaining that nobody showed up for or called to verify your appointment! Pretty sad, that they charge your insurance $200 per visit that you have to BEG for!!! This will be you biggest NIGHTMARE in healthcare if you ever have to deal with them!!! In my opinion, Bay Care office personnel are to the Sarasota, Florida health care system, what vermin and filth are to life in NY!!!

Please re-Train office personnel and visiting personnel. They need to say " There are charges for this service the insurance may not cover " Do you still want Home Care to send visiting personnel ? The answer to this is easy, do not send as stated on the phone. No fine print needed than.
Misleading people and disabled people into signing a sheet (not nice or a good practice) that's what I've experienced with a friend who didn't even know what she was signing. Thought she was signing for someone that actually showed up to verify they were there for their time sheet.
Than sending a bill when they clearly said over the phone, there is not going to be a charge, they insisted the insurance would pay for it.
The care was limited, late and no shows and not even useful. Just a way to fill in their time sheet to collect a pay check.

They need to have people give them a charge card before they even walk through the door like a co-pay and let's see if they can do that right.
I'll bet they won't be able to mislead any people. Once the card is out, you know your going to be paying for something, now that's a clear understanding your going to be charged ! And no one will do that once they had heard over the phone their ins. is paying for it.
They don't need to send anymore bills now because they are not going to be paid by someone who is disabled. My rating is not even a star. Poor business practices.

BayCare HomeCare, 6075 Rand Blvd, Suite 3, Sarasota, Fl. 34238
Their site says โ€œWhen you are sick or hurt, waiting for care shouldnโ€™t be an option.โ€ It's not an option, it's a requirement, I'm still waiting.
I was discharged from the hospital last Sunday. A BayCare nurse came to visit Monday. She was more interested in her paperwork than in her patient (me). She came back Tuesday, promising to return Friday, but was a NO SHOW. I called the office Saturday. Scheduler Sean said next visit sked for next Tues. Seriously? A whole week with no home care for someone just discharged? Supervisor Melissa called back. โ€œIf you really need help, I can have a nurse call to set up Sunday visit.โ€ It's Sunday, so far no calls. I have an assortment other complaints not worth detailing here.
