Worst experience today.. first off the front desk receptionist very rude. She had me checking in when already did it online, a mother walks in w her kid coughing- she doesnt get offered a mask nothing.. I ASKED ABOUT PYMT AND SHE SAID IF DO NOT PAY UPFRONT CANT BE SEEN
MY DRS OFFICE NEVER TURNS AWAY CARE
THOUGHT WASNT ALLOWED.. I SHOULDVE WENT TO TO ER ID OF GOT BETTER SERVICE ...they called me back the MA has no smile nothing mask nothing tests me for covid and flu.. both which were negative. When the student pretty much comes in the room to examine me he says its not a sinus infection, I have all the symptoms and have had my entire life, so just needing abx period.. I work for a wonderful doctor who is a specialist and not bothering her on weekend, so Im having to basically tell him to check my chart for prior dx.. SINUS INFECTIONS AND SINUSITIS
Clueless the entire staff!! I had to tell him what to call in because he then asked me because I wasnt listening to "its not a sinus infection" after paying a deductible!! Thy were not going tell me go take OTC and call in flonase!! THIS LOCATION WENT DOWNHILL. I always came years ago and saw an actual provider! GET BETTER STAFF AND DRS

This is the only urgent care I will go to from check in to check out everyone is great. This is the third time we’ve been needing x-rays in the past two years. Quick in and out in about an hour or so if you make an appointment. They were able to give us splints or slings right there on the spot along with a disc of our images. Friendly and caring exactly what you look for from a healthcare practice. Everyone here is doing an amazing job.

This location of this clinic is especially friendly, not super busy, they can do some of the labs right there in-house , and they ask all the right questions. They really seem to care about their patients and getting the right results. Plus, they are in network for most insurance providers. I will go there each time I need urgent care!

Had to take a random drug test for work. The paperwork was all pretty streamlined and I only had to enter a few things on a tablet to sign in. The wait time was about 10 minutes, which is short for a doctor visit with no appointment, but not THAT short, considering I was only giving a urine sample. It felt a lot longer because I had to pee really bad, but I had to save it for the test. I would also suggest putting a small table in the bathroom. After filling my cup, I still had a lot left in the tank but nowhere to put the cup down. Zipping and buttoning my pants back up was a challenge one handed.

I have to say the doctor or the PA is fine, the front desk girl is dry almost rude to a point. And if you go there on a Tuesday and you missed work on Monday. Well they can’t help you, you better come in everyday that you think you may be out. For the price of the visits here, you think they would have better practices set in place. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!!

Minimal wait time if you make an appointment. Office staff and care providers are kind but efficient. Doctors are good listeners and also knowledgeable. No one tries to rush your appointment. They are very thorough.
