I had to wait quite a few hours to be admitted in, HOWEVER, the care here was exceptional. They were so thorough, compassionate, and listened to my needs and questions. I genuinely felt like I was a person, not just a number. Steve was the one assigned to my room, and I couldn’t say enough good about him.

Ist time at this hospital. So pleasant. Very little wait time in reception room, people available to make you comfortable, immediate personnel to tell you what tests you're getting. Dr. Williams was definite on what the tests showed or didn't show. As we left, he explained the antibiotics that I would start taking. A super SUPER EXPERIENCE.

Fast service with attentive nurses. They were warm and efficient made us feel welcome. For two years I've been to many doctors including three different dermatologists and a biopsy to no diagnosis. Happily Dr D. gave me a definitive answer!
Once the hospital streamlines getting into the actual ER, it will be perfect. The longest part of our visit was being searched and wanded.

I was seen in the ER by both Eugene Lewis, PA and Dr. Spreitzer. They were so thorough and both so incredibly kind. They both listened to every single symptom I was having and asked further questions to give me the best possible care. I have had some really horrible hospital experiences, but these two men restored my faith in healthcare. I will always be loyal to this hospital.

I never had an issue going to this hospital till now. I will never go to this location ever again. My 4 year old had a fever over 100 crying with heavy breathing. You have to answer questions, go through a metal detector, and get a guest pass before walking in. Then when you walk in at check out they don’t say anything and on the phone. This is the emergency room. And I have a severely sick child who needs attention. You are worried about getting someone paperwork who’s on the phone. Then when I asked a nurse that walked by to check us in he gonna finally put the person on hold to check us in. About 4 nurses came out standing around talking and I asked can someone please check his vitals after waiting for about 10-15 mins and I was told they have no rooms available even for a child. I went right to advent health emergency room down the street and they immediately helped him.
