I came to this practice for physical therapy after my shoulder surgery. I was nervous but after my first visit, all my fears were erased. Rich explained the process and was hands on in my recovery. He followed the surgeon’s protocol and really helped me regain full use of my shoulder. He is outstanding and I fully recommend this practice. The office staff is outstanding and always ready to help.

Been seeing Rich on and off for at least 10 years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Even though they don’t take my insurance I just pay out of pocket which thankfully isn’t much more than my copay would be anyway. He has a great sense of humor and has always got me back on track regardless of what I have going on. Thank you.

I have been going to Rich for a couple of years now, thanks to an excellent find by my wife. I have an ortho surgeon in my family so getting treatment here was definitely a well informed decision. His staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. At first I went because of chronic back issues, then tennis elbow. Rich was amazing as far as treatment, he is also hysterical to talk to about anything and everything. He's a true healer with a great heart. I recently started going again after knee surgery, and his treatment for my post op has expedited my healing process immensely. Definitely lifting my spirits after all of my medical issues had made me a little pessimistic. I would recommend this practice to my grandmother, and that's high praise. Thank you Rich, Kelly, and the crew for setting the standard for a physical therapy practice focused on patient care and outcome!

Rich Lechter and staff are outstanding. Regardless of age or condition, this place is safe and friendly. They have the right tact to help kids to elderly patients. All they want to do is help their patients. They have no issue telling you what they can't do as much as what they can. This is the kind of place your thankful for knowing about and hope you never have to go there.

I have been suffering with low back pain for many years. Chiropractors and other Physical Therapists have not been able to help. I have been going to Progressive Physical Therapy for 3.5 weeks. This is going to be hard to believe but I am pain free. Rich knew exactly how to treat my issue. To think that I suffered with this pain for so long if only I had met Rich back then. Not only is everyone in the office professional and caring but Rich makes you feel as though your his only patient. He takes time to listen and address your issues. Needless to say I highly recommend this office for any issues you are having.

I started with Progressive PT with severe neck and arm pain and within a few treatments I felt better. I like that Richard is a “hands on” therapist. He just doesn’t leave you in a room and give you a few exercises to do on your own. I’m so pleased with the treatment and care that I received.

Outstanding!! I love the one on one personal attention .. (bcuz lets face it .. when we go to PT for treatment, we want to feel like we're the most important person at the moment). Richard listens and focuses on me and my needs, which allows for a better and speedy recovery. This applies to the entire staff as well, from the handling of the insurance claims to never double booking appts, .. so theres no sitting around in pain. Clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, also convenient hours. I absolutely recommend you try Progressive PT on your road to recovery.

Everyone in this practice is caring and compassionate. Rich not only has tremendous bedside manner, but is an expert in the PT field and has been monumental in helping to treat my
neck, knee, and TMJ concerns. Highly recommend him 1000x over!
