Went in for nexplanon removal. The staff was so friendly,welcoming,and supportive. I was nervous but the clinician was nice and talked me through. Everything was sterile and the process was so easy and over with minutes. They answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable. I will be back for anything else I need in the future regarding my health. Please go here if you are nervous or worried about something they do care and will help.❤️

It's a great place to come and feel safe when you need help or services. I didn't want to see a doctor, but came for educational information on miscarriage and how to cope. Staff was friendly and professional.

I was referred to Planned Parenthood by my insurance.
Firstly, be aware there are pro-life protesters hanging around outside harassing patients or anyone who goes in/out of the building. These people are annoying & ignorant, definitely NOT Christians. Something needs to be done to stop their harassment!
I was there for a much-needed biopsy, which went very well. At my request, I was medicated since from experience it's very painful (something an idiot primary care doctor did on me crudely without medication - he clearly had no business doing this. I left him due to his neglect & reported him). The nurses & assistants were wonderful while I waited & even waited outside with me for my ride for my safety.
However, I honestly didn't like that they didn't call nor explain to me any lab results. Eventually, I was instructed to go to a gynecologist elsewhere. The nurse who did my pap smear was incompetent.
My experience was a mix of good & bad. I'd go back if I have nowhere else to go to. BUT THOSE PROTESTERS NEED TO BE BANNED. I even explained to one I was there for a biopsy. She gave me a sermon assuming I was there for an abortion. When I had to go in, she was shocked.
I have only Medicaid & I'm diagnosed with various conditions. I'm not on disability but can't work. It's places like Planned Parenthood that allows me to get the much needed help I wouldn't get otherwise.

Grateful to have reproductive healthcare that I can afford! I couldn’t be more thankful for this facility & its staff at this location! Appointments are easy to set online or by phone (BE PATIENT & don’t forget to confirm the appointment). The staff are caring & comforting —providing an atmosphere that makes one feel safe & free of judgement. Facility is clean & currently following proper covid-19 protocols for the respect of others & the protection of their employees.

I had a visit earlier this week and the staff were very nice and very professional.
There was a little mix up with payment to no fault of the staff (card readers suck) and they did what they could to rectify the situation. I very much appreciate the two ladies working up front at the desk on 1/23 and I felt very bad about the situation and was ultimately just stressed out as a whole, but they very much tried to help.
In such a stressful time for me all the staff were very reassuring, supportive, and answered all of my questions.
I also appreciate the level of security throughout the building considering there is usually protesters outside but they didn't bother me as I didn't even look in their direction and ignored them.
They're very thorough and make you feel comfortable. 🙂

My appointment was at 2:45 and I was running late and called and they said we give you a 15 minute grace period. They did an amazing job. Desiree was my nurse and she did an excellent job. She even remembered me from my previous appointment from last year. She is so nice and sweet and caring. I love to see they have most of the same people working there including the lady that did my pap. I was so grateful and blessed that someone made a big donation and there was no charge 🙏 I have been using this clinic for years. Great place! Great people. Totally recommend them.

I’ve seen reviews about the protestors on here. They are way worse at the fort myers location and it’s their right to protest (sorry to say), so put your big girl/boy pants on and walk past them.
Besides that, my experience was great. Keeanna was very helpful when I began to become overwhelmed and nearly passed out. Staff was faster than the fort myers location and were all very respectful, even the male doctor, Dr. Slackman. Mia did my follow up appointment. She was amazing and very kind.

Absolutely recommend! From the moment I arrived until it was time to leave … very nice friendly professional staff loved the way they treated me and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you soooo very much to each and every staff for all your hard work!!!
