I had an appointment today and did not realize I couldn't bring my kids with. I could have easily rescheduled if asked to do so. Instead, I was asked to either have my 4 kids sit in the car by themselves or sit in chairs outside the clinic by themselves while I sit in the waiting room and go in to my appointment. My children range from 2 years old to 9 years old. It was completely unacceptable that they even suggested either of those options. But to expect my 9 year to babysit an 8, 5, and 2 year old next to a parking lot is absolutely outrageous.

I was diagnosed with Covid July 28 and thought I'd recovered before having follow up symptoms three weeks later that resulted in hospitalization. While at Sarasota Memorial, I was treated by Dr. Paglialonga. She is in the FSU residency program and noticeably different from most doctors in her caring attitude and willingness to listen. Post hospitalization, I've been treated by her at the Newtown Clinic since August. The clinic was a lifesaver as no appointments were available at any other provider for months out. My treatment at the clinic has been excellent but unfortunately I've had to accept that my condition is chronic and will be with me probably for the rest of my life. Dr. Paglialonga has been very professional, patient, and caring as she scheduled test after test and referred me to multiple specialists hoping to treat the issues. I know that she has a great future in medicine ahead of her and will be a great blessing to all she treats.

I was very nervous going for my appointment. But from the front desk clerk, resident, technicians, RN, and doctores I got to meet were wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions, and came up with a plan to treat me. I’m so glad I found them and I’ll be going to them from now on. Highly recommend them!

They call themselves a health clinic but I'm having cezures and they can't see me unless I restrict my already weak air flow with a mask. Common sense says if they act like that they don't care about health
