This place is amazing. Everyone doctor I have seen is so thorough and makes sure you don't leave without unanswered questions. Dr. Smith and Dr. Patel are the most recent doctors I've seen. I truly care about your health and I never feel like my medical issues are a burden to them.

This place is a godsend. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. Lost my insurance a few years back, have not seen a Dr. since even after going through a very hard time in life that was also hard on my body. Since I have been accepted to VIM, they have got me all caught up on my concerns. I have never felt rushed, and in fact always feel welcome and "listened to." Better medical care than I EVER recieved through my old insurance!! (Makes me wonder about our countrys healthcare system- why are ALL medical facilities not like this one?) From the front desk staff to the Doctors, these people are my angels!!! Thankyou for all that you all do, you have made such a difference in my life AND my stress levels!! -A Very Happy Patient.

This was last year, but I see the income requirements are the same, and just thinking about their policy has got me writing. I've worked hard all my life for next to nothing, and now that I've gotten sick again I find myself looking for some relief online that won't put me in the poorhouse. This is why I've seen a doctor maybe 3 or 4 times in 25 years. No money. I'm not quite 65 or disabled. I'm one of the people who fell through the cracks. I fit the guidelines of working at least 20 hours a week, but the guy on the phone told me in no uncertain terms I didn't meet the minimum income requirement of $13,000. I asked him if my $10,000 income didn't mean I needed their services even more, and he told me they had to have a cutoff somewhere. So, I don't understand. Why not cut off at the higher end of the income limit, instead of the lower. I think someone like me needs help more than someone who makes more than 3 times my income.

I was a patient there for a year. I no longer qualify for their program because I am not working. In order to obtain insurance I was told to get a letter from them simply stating that I no longer qualify for their program. I just got off the phone with them, for some reason they won't give me anything. So now I'm just kinda screwed. I can afford to get insurance but can't because they won't take a few minutes to provide confirmation that I no longer qualify for their program. I'm 60 years old and need blood pressure medication. Maybe they just don't care. I very disappointed in their administration staff.

I really like coming here. The doctor and nurses volunteer their time and give personal attention to each of their patients. They made me feel like they actually cared and weren't just trying to move on to the next patient.
