My husband and I found Platinum Health Care due to our personal injuries. I had a a horrible bulging disc that cause such pain I could barely walk. Spinal decompression was the answer and now I live an active life pain free. My husband was in an auto and bike accident and Dr. Kauffman and staff did a fantastic job at helping with his personal care and insurance process. He now lives a pain free active life as well after month and months of dusky headaches. Our whole family also goes now including our three teenagers who have all had their fair share of sports injuries from broken ankle to bulge disc to auto immune issues. Dr. Kauffman has been able to bring relief and help to all of their situations. I also suffer from horrible migraines and a visit to Dr. Kauffman is always an immediate fix and relief. We now go as a family weekly for wellness adjustments to keep us all in top spinal and overall health. Dr. Kristin Kauffman is an amazing, caring, kind and knowledgeable doctor and now like family. The staff is also wonderful to work with. We are so happy we found this place. We now live an active and healthy life pain free. Dr. Kauffman is a true God send!! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Platinum Healthcare! My grandson was in a horrific car accident back in 2019, suffering from multiple severe injuries, including a broken collarbone, shattered mastoid bone, a fractured femur, and a brain bleed. Since then, the team at Platinum Healthcare has been instrumental in getting him back on track.

My name is Roger and I’ve been a patient at Platinum Healthcare for two years. Every visit is the same. I’m greeted with a smile, my care is top notch, professional, and I leave feeling better than I came in. After three back surgeries I had pretty much given up on ever experiencing pain relief again. I’ve tried prescription pain medication, physical therapy, and even burning of the nerves in my lower back (L5 S1). After much persistence and care from the team here I have improved motion and pain level is diminishing. I can’t say enough great things about this practice and Dr. Kauffman specifically. I also receive injections in my neck, shoulder, and lower back. These are administered by Melanie, their Physicians Assistant. She is such an asset to your practice. I refuse to go anywhere else! I've been seeing Dr. K for almost 8 years, she's honest and to the point. If she thinks something will help you she won't hesitate to say it. I was even treated through my pregnancy (she's a specialist in prenatal and infant chiropractic) and she has been treating my almost 2 year old for her entire life.
