Incredible people! Obviously if you are patient here there is something pretty dramatic going on. When I first arrived, I was a nervous wreck. The NP Ashley and the nurse Hillary always made feel confident and were attentive to my questions and concerns while being very welcoming and friendly. The staff upstairs in suite 7, Anne- Marie, Tammy, Chris and Darryl are nothing short of incredible ! I was always greeted with a warm smile and comforting words. They made the entire ordeal so so much better than it could have been . Even when I got my pick line wet, they saw me that day and fixed me up without even a hint of negativity. Just awesome people that really care about there patients. And most importantly I am having a successful recovery.

Absolutely incredible experience! After battling a reoccurring infection for over a year, countless doctor visits, and thousands in out-of-pocket expenses since my hospitalization in 2023, I was losing hope in finding quality healthcare. The entire staff was polite, patient, and extremely kind. They took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and truly made me feel heard for the first time in years.

Not only did they provide knowledgeable care during my initial visit, but they went above and beyond when I ran into issues getting my prescriptions refilled after misplacing them. The office staff worked diligently to help me get the medication I needed at an affordable cost —

When your nursing staff is happy, you know they get treated right by the doctos. I am allergic to antibiotics and was sent to see Dr. Bhatt. The staff is wonderful, and they explain everything. 💯 Quality

My visits with Dr. A., both in Sarasota and Venice, have been edifying and most reassuring. He is a superb physician who listens and asks the right questions. He helped me as I reviewed my options, for which I am most grateful. I will always ask to see him for all of my visits! Kudos, too, to the entire staff. They had all the information they needed at the front desk, and I might have waited 2 minutes before I was ushered in to the doctor's office. Five stars with my sincerest thanks.

This place is good for nothing other than prescribing you with take home antibiotics and a stent in your arm they don’t diagnose anything (their words) . So they really should change the name to antibiotic associates.

Drs are rude, cold and do not listen to the patient. If you want someone to treat you like a human being, this is not the place.

The Nurses were very helpful in teaching me on the doing of my antibiotic transfusion. It was a relief to know there was always someone on their end of the line that could answer any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs help in this specialty field. They know how to treat you best. Dr. Milam has many Yrs. Of experience in his field of work. I felt safe with him.

Update... much better... love the care I received.

Physicians are phenomenal.
Front staff leave much to be desired.
Lack of communication between physician & staff.
Physician was to call me to discuss antibiotics options. Front desk states it's a telehealth call & they charge for it ?!?!
What happened to simple phone calls to patients?
