They treated me like cattle. Didn’t tell me the results of any of the vitals they took. Pulled a “bait and switch” by offering me a sooner first intake appointment if I met with the APRN instead of waiting for the doctor that I chose, but then only AFTER the appointment told me that the APRN was now my actual Primary Care Provider and the doctor that I had chosen would not be. They also were going to charge me for asking a follow-up question the day after my appointment. Lastly, their choice of decor for the walls was a very off-putting color which the APRN said was so bad because “men” had chosen the colors…hmmm.

Ms. Hopper diagnosed me with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. My symptoms were not improved. I went to an ears, nose and throat doctor who said I never had an ear infection and diagnosed the condition correctly. I do not recommend Ms. Hopper for your medical care.
