I have had a very hard time working with this team. The treatment is extremely, ridiculously expensive and after 3/4 months I have received less than half of what they advertise. If I could do it again I would not work with them. Let it be known that the people working there are nice and well meaning but their organization seems like a crapshoot to me. Something is always malfunctioning or there always seems to be issues. After 10 small unaddressed issues you have yourself a big issue. The best way I can describe my experience with them is "extremely clunky." Let it also be known I came to them with a medical emergency that they more than promised they could "treat." After 3 and a half months of rescheduling I have not received even my test results yet. Absolutely ridiculous.

After over a year, we no longer feel that we're getting the level of care we expected. The staff seems more focused on routine processes than putting the patient's needs first. Prescription refill requests often take longer than they should, and getting through to someone on the phone is frustrating. Even when we do leave a message, responses are slow and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this does not feel like the expert medical care we were hoping for. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t recommend the Gapin Institute.

I have been going to the Gapin Institute for over a year and have been completely satisfied that I am getting the best medical care from a staff who put the needs and interests of the patient first. Everyone in the office staff is kind and helpful and I have never had a medical office which responded so quickly to requests to refill a prescription. Another aspect of the Gapin Institute is that most of the time you can reach a human being on the first call but in the event they are helping others, they will respond rapidly. Anyone who is looking for expert medical care should consider the Gapin Institutie because this is the type of organization which represents the future of top medical care.

It’s a great feeling when you find those medical gurus that are continually on the cusp of discovering not only new solutions to improve and enhance our lives, but are also innovators. I am so grateful to be in great hands at Gapin Institute. Karen Gruber has helped my daughter and I with our thyroid issues in ways that traditional medicine would not.
