The front desk “ladies” Jessica, always answers the phone with an attitude and make it seem like it’s your fault that you need. Anytime I have to call this office, I instantly get anxiety because I know it’s not going to be a friendly experience like it should be. The front desk needs major work on customer service and patient services. The doctor is the only thing keeping me here.

MISPLACED BIOPSY I had a biopsy on July 19. They took two samples. I got the results for the first one a couple of days later. My doctor kept calling on the second results. Never got an answer. I called on August 6th. They told me they had the results and were faxing to my doctor. When she didn’t receive them and couldn’t get answers, she called the lab directly. They didn’t send the second sample until August 4th!!!! Now I have to wait until August 19 for my results. I will NEVER have anything done here again.

I had an excellent experience at Bay Care Medical Group with Dr. Denka and the receptionist Felika. Dr. Denka demonstrated expertise, compassion, and took time to address all my concerns. Felika was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth. The overall atmosphere was friendly, and I highly recommend this medical group for their exceptional care.

So I had the absolute displeasure of going to this establishment for a scheduled cardiologist appointment after driving through the parking lot for 20 minutes looking for a spot, decided to use the valet waited 20 minutes there while waiting, still looking around the lot for a spot from driveup which I found. When I entered the building through the middle set of doors, I was approached by two security individuals telling me I had to be searched and go through the metal detector which was positioned at the left set of doors,I went to the information counter to find out that it was empty no employees.after standing there I was rudely asked what I needed when approached by what turns out to be the valet/ orderly/ information desk worker, not a very good way to treat your employees or your valued guests. I think you could do better send that information to your leadership team.

It's a sign of the times when you have to be SEARCHED to enter a medical arts building just to go to your scheduled yearly doctor appointment. The woman who searched my purse was so thorough she managed to unscrew the cap on a tube of salve I had in a little pocket and made a complete mess of it. That's NOTHING compared to the complete violation of my rights to privacy! I was told I leave my rights to privacy at the door when I enter a public place. I'm sorry, but That rhetoric opens things up for all kinds of corruption! I will not willingly go through that again just to go to the doctor. I will find a new doctor.

Well run professional operation, huge difference between it and Florida Medical Clinics or Trinity. Very professional staff, what a welcome change from the other places, everyone from the volunteers to the dedicated medical professionals were so warm and welcoming.
