The office is always clean and the staff is nice.
Michaela and Chelsea rock, they are the best medical assistants in the world, they are super kind and are always there to help!
The NP Andrew Vanderlofske is literally the best health care provider that I have come across with, he listens to you (not like other providers that only think about money) he answers every single question that you might have, he is simply amazing.

My husband and I were recently looking for a new Primary Care Physician and practice. We joined Medical Associates as new patients and had a great experience. The MA, Samantha, was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. The front desk was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Raina was extremely professional and spent the time needed to ensure everything was addressed during my very first visit! The office is clean and they seem to care about staying as close to the schedule as possible... something I really appreciate.

This is just an all around great practice. The quality of care is excellent and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Collectively this entire group makes your doctor's appointment run as smoothly as possible. I expect some sort of waiting period at any appointment I go to, but the waiting time here is faster than any other doctor's office I've been to. Everyone here aims to make the patients feel as welcomed and comfortable as possible. I can surely say that Dr. Raina and Dr. Khiani go the extra mile to provide you with the best quality of care. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely compassionate about medicine. I feel so comfortable with my doctor, and every time I leave the office I'm at ease. You won't want to go anywhere else after experiencing a doctor's appointment with them. Surely the best you can find

Dr.Raina and staff are super friendly and accommodating! I’ve had great experiences over the three years I’ve been visiting them.

Dr.Raina and I have a built up a mutually respected and trustworthy relationship with each other and I hold his opinion in a very high regard.

I genuinely feel Dr.Raina has my health and best interest in mind when I’m there during my monthly visits.

Plus they’re open on Saturday which works perfectly with my busy work schedule!

I love this medical practice. Not only it is very conveniently located for me and my family, but we also like how Dr Raina works with us. He's very thorough on our medical issues and explains everything in detail, as well as answering any questions we might have. Over time we've developed a certain bond and that works well for me and my family as he's very aware of our past medical history and stays on top on our proper care. The medical associates and staff that work there are also always very helpful and kind. Overall I'm very happy with this medical practice.

I've been going to Medical Associates for over 3 years now and my experience here has only become better and better. Dr Raina truly cares about his patients and he has always made sure to leave no stone unturned when it comes to my health. You won't leave your appointment with question marks about the next step in keeping your health in check and running on all cylinders. The Office Staff here is amazing and very thorough. From making sure referrals are completed the first time around, to reminding patients about their upcoming appointments, to communicating with the pharmacy, the office staff is very well organized and they are always on top of their game when it comes to their patient's health and well being. They are always friendly and they are always eager to help. Customer Service is so important in the health care field and at Medical Associates Mount Sinai they score an A+

I have been coming to Dr Raina for at least 5 years, probably closer to 10. He is easy to talk to, down to earth, knowledgeable and professional. On average I find I don't wait longer than 15-20 min to see him. On a few rare occasions I do wait a little longer, but I expect that with every doctors office. The ladies in his office are friendly and always go out of their way to book my appointments or follow up. I don't mind coming here about once a month, the time goes by quickly and the office is pleasant. I highly recommend Dr Raina!

This place is too clumsy for me and I refuse to ever go back. I was there for a physical just about a month ago and I was scheduled back for a follow up a couple of weeks later. The night before my appointment the office called and canceled my appointment. I rescheduled and the only available appointment was 3 weeks out so I accepted it. I go in on the day of my appointment and I’m told that my appointment was on a day different than what I was told on the phone. I was also told they no longer accept my insurance when I had just used the same insurance only a month ago. If they were going to stop working with the insurance carrier shouldn’t someone had told me that so that I wouldn’t use them in the first place? The last straw was that I called because I keep receiving texts about my upcoming appointment which I canceled in person and I was placed on hold 3 times for a total of 45 minutes just to be hung up on. I called summit health directly at this point and I was told that my appointment was never canceled. Good thing I called or I would’ve been a no show for an appointment I didn’t make.
