This location and staff was amazing. The check in process was super simple. Glad that I was able to fill out paperwork prior to the visit. I went in with pain in ear. Not even 10 minutes in and out and the provider was able to diagnosis and prescribed. Thank you. If ever you're feeling down, Avecina Medical- Julington is the best Urgent Care around.

The dr was great. I was in such pain and feeling so crappy. It seemed like a long wait, but it probably wasn’t that bad. My ears are closed solid and I had trouble hearing, but everybody accommodated that when I asked, and the one receptionist even went outside the building to wave us to try and help us find the directions because we were so lost.

Overall, it was an incredible experience. The front desk employees were funny, approachable and kind. The employee doing my initial intake is the reason I’m giving it 4 stars. She made a comment about the timing of me getting seen and also wrote my symptoms down incorrectly. No one should feel shameful about when they get checked out. The doctor who saw me was incredibly kind and I appreciate their help.

I had the most awesome experience today!! The front desk had Mio who assisted me on completing my information made me feel so special. I had walked in late the day before and didn’t have my insurance cards due to I had changed purses. She assisted myself in offering an ice pack as well aleve. I took the ice pack and when home to book an appointment. Mio was unbelievable, a very caring employee as well, she treated all who was there in such a professional manner and most importantly they were treated respectfully. I’ll definitely recommend as well go back in the future. Thank you for such an awesome experience at your clinic.

This place is one of the few that wont turn away patients before the closing time of 8PM. We have always had a great experience here with great staff. The New York lady at the front was awesome. Very speedy and efficient. We will be back!

Staff was very courteous and friendly. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and willingness to help remedy my situation. EXCELLENT “injection” skills!!! That speaks volumes. I left feeling better than I walked in. A big Thanks!

We set an appointment for 12:40, arrived on time and prepaid upon arrival. Then, we sat waiting and waiting. Once the physician finally came in the room, service was quick. She spent less than 3 minutes with us and didn't provide pain meds. I guess I'd go back there if needed instead of ER but bring something to do because you will be waiting awhile. Diagnosis was contusion but it took over 2 hours to get it. Not much respect for your time.

Didn’t have a long wait.
Very courteous staff.
I was listened to so I felt comfortable they understood my problem.
Thoroughly checked, had a nebulizer treatment and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy.
We picked the right place!
