I was very happy with the physical therapy they were patient and caring. However Maureen has not had a shower since arriving. And when she got up to walk she had her shoes on in bed. Staff was nice but definitely need more attention for patients.

The woman at the front desk is so kind so helpful! Staff are hardworking and very patient. The nurses are great! The food can use some quality upgrading and healthy options. These people need upgrades in their facility. They all deserve quality items and healthy food and snack options. They could use some activities such as art supplies, board games and reading material. The staff deserve pay raises and upgraded supplies as well. The hard work and care is here theyre just under funded. 🙏

I am so grateful to this center that I cannot find the words to describe all the good things they did for me from the moment they gave me the job opportunity, although due to health problems I had to resign. I can assure you that it is something I would never have liked to do, because the truth is that all the staff at this place is wonderful and they made me feel like I was part of them.
I recommend this center to all those people who are looking for a place where they can take care of their family and give them all the support they need. I assure you that you will not regret it. The nurses are wonderful, the CNA, what can I say? In general, this place is wonderful and the best of all is the great human quality of all its staff.

My father has been at this facility over 5yrs and I have seen staff come and go. I have spoke to SW with my concerns and have filled out grievances every time I have a concern. No response from anyone. You May ask, why I don’t moved him…. It would be too confusing for him at this point.
-Missing cloths/ blankets . I purchased
-Urine soaked cloths- I wash his cloths.
-TV I had to purchase over 2yrs ago that has not been replaced.
I’m sure you know what my next step will be!

What a great visit today. Susan was so kind to bring us an additional chair, as there were a few of us and Ginny found us extra push pins for the bulletin board. Everyone was so kind and helpful, even though being short staffed this weekend.

Words can't express my satisfaction and gratitude with this facility. My mother is part of the residents and she is very happy. From the administration, nursing care, nutrition services, activities, rehab department, house keeping...I can keep mentioning but in general they are knowledgeable and they are kindness to the patients. Thank you all for the good care for our mother.

Disgusting neglect of the elderly at best.
Left my dad sitting in his own waste asking to be changed for well over an hour
Admin will just give you vague answers and swear up and down they have a plan
Nurses and CNAs are rude (minus a few sweet ladies) and will tell you that things like not changing someone for Over An Hour "isn't a problem"
I have brought these complaints up repeatedly in both verbal and written forms. Hallways smell bad, patients left half dressed wandering the facility.
Get on a wait-list for a better nursing home, I promise you they'll be treated better anywhere else.

We’ve been to many nursing homes and this one has no bad smell when you walk in. What a plus! All the staff members are great. Truly care about each and every patient. We completely recommend this nursing home for your loved ones.
