I have been 4 times and always have had the best experience I ever had in Florida they are excellent, very through and take care of all your need under one roof. No running to different doctors. I have never been treated so good by any other doctors like this! No waiting, so knowledgeable and really listen to you. I highly recommend this practice. I have never been so impressed with any medical office or any other Doctors in any other Floridiacmedical officeclikecthis one. They really stand out above all the rest!

My first experience with the north port office was terrible. I was there at 4:05, where I was greeted with a locked door to the Wic office. I knocked to see if anyone was there, yet no one came. Next, I decided to go to the office nearby, to see if the knew why is was closed early. Mind you I just drove thirty minutes to get here after rushing off of work. The kind lady from the other office told me that someone would open the door, that they were doing inventory? So the wic office closes early to do inventory? Seems a little weird. Then once I got inside when the lady finally unlocked the door, I was greeted with a frustrated face. I then told her what I was there for and she said “that’s not going to happen today”. I needed to sign up for benefits as a new mom I was already stressed, and needed help. Once I told her okay that’s fine, can I have your managers number because I’ve been here almost thirty minutes before you close and still am not able to get service. Right after I said that she started doing something on her computer. She didn’t say a word about what was going on. She then called someone on her cell right in front of me, and asked them to pick up her daughter because she was held up at the office. After that I realized she just locked up the Wic office so she could go get her daughter. Again, I understand people have children but the level of disrespect from this woman the entire visit was 10/10. She then handed me all my papers, and did not give me the managers number. Instead she signed me up for Wic benefits. It didn’t take her long to do it, so I’m confused why she made a big deal in the beginning of the visit telling me it wasn’t going to happen today. I thought she was having an off day, but then she proceeded to tell me that sometimes she has to close even as earlier as 2 pm. No notes where left on the door to inform people of early closing times. It is really frustrating to trust a specific office with the the needs for your baby to be healthy , and them show such lack of care. I then called a month later to discuss my Wic benefits and not only was the front desk lady very short and rude, so was the nutritionist. They both seemed annoyed to answer simple questions. There seems to be a lack of care throughout the entire building, and I’m definitely hoping as a government ran facility, they will get people in there who have the time to do their job.

Very helpful when you find yourself in trouble financially. They try to help with food and offer help in other ways. They are located on Loveland in the charlotte county building. The health department is on site as well. You can not sign up for food card or Medicaid at this location
