I haven't even been there for my appointment yet and I already give it a 1-star rating. I scheduled an appointment and was told that I need to stop in for the new patient paperwork. They won't fax or email. I stopped by well before they closed and the doors were stuck wide open, but all lights were off in the entrance and waiting room. No one was at the front desk. Since then, I've been trying to call them and it always keeps ringing and tells me the mailbox is full. At this time, I'm cancelling my appointment but can't even get through to do this.

This is one of the worst medical groups. I scheduled an appointment with them and gave my insurance information. I called back a couple weeks lato ask a couple questions and they told me they should have never given me an appointment. They said they don't accept HMO's. All they gave me were excuses. They should know these things when they schedule appointments. It turns out that they have an answering service that represents themselves as the doctor's officer.

This doctors office is by far the best around! I will not go anywhere else after having the front desk team of Amber and Elena that are absolute sweethearts and extremely compassionate as well as nurse practitioner Heather and Dr. D’Abarno is absolutely exceptional! The level of comfort they give is the most professional I’ve had. Huge thank you to all the woman here!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences here. I see Christina Milo & she is absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable right away, listened and addressed all my concerns. I don’t know why the other reviews are so low, the receptionists and nurses I’ve met have met or spoke to via phone have all been super friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend coming here!!

My older brother was in kidney failure and I can't say enough about the wonderful team of doctors that within minutes were diligently working hard on him to save him. As I visited him days after, I noticed the nice calm friendly ambiance from all nurses. I get a feeling they really cared. Thank you, to all we really appreciate the human care something big hospitals are lacking.

Wow- can I give 0 stars? Tried returning their automated appointment call but not getting through. Keep getting a "That Mailbox is Full" message. Ive called several, several times. How am I supposed to communicate with you all if you can't simply answer the phone?
I stopped going here months ago after being mistreated early in my pregnancy. Now all of a sudden, they want to schedule an appointment with me? I'm due in 4 weeks. Nah. No thanks. Y'all are so lost.
New mothers should stay away from here. They're impossible to communicate with, don't care, and will argue with a brick wall then blame you for your anxiety about your and your unborn child's health. You'd think they'd be more compassionate to their new mothers. Nope.
Avoid if possible.

The receptionist had said to arrive an hour and a half prior to my appt time, however their phone system texts a reminder and says to show up 15 minutes early. So I emailed the receptionist asking which time to show up, to which she never responded. She also never confirmed receipt of my payment (I paid out of pocket, not through insurance). When I arrived 45 min before my appt, I was given a hard time for not showing up at the 1:30 early timeframe. The paperwork only took me about 20 minutes max and I was still done with it before my appt time. The hour and a half would have been very excessive. Then, once in the room, after the exam, the NP left and nobody else came in. I was left waiting in the room with no instruction when I guess I was supposed to just head on out to the front desk. My appt was on a Friday, and was told I’d hear back about results on Monday. I’ve been calling and calling, nobody is answering the phones, there isn’t a voicemail setup, and I don’t have any word on my results.

they try and shiv money out of you if you don’t want their service, a bunch of cons and horrible people, i would never wish that experience on my worst enemy, the nerve these people have to think that they are in any way shape or form good service providers, the staff, the managers, the owners, all need a reality check, because last i checked this is planet earth!! i hope they get the help they need to have a running practice up
