Family Benefit Services is a Family run operation run by Lou, his wife Cindy and their son Bryant. They are by far the most helpful and resourceful people in the medical insurance business. You feel like you matter when you walk in there and you leave with the feeling that they looked out for your best interests with the most coverage at a reasonable price. The time they spend with you, the follow-up practices relating to your policy or claims and their availability for questions over the phone surpass any other insurance agent we have ever dealt with. I cannot say enough for the knowledge that they all have navigating the medical insurance industry.
**** Side Note - Lou and his wife Cindy have been doing this for a long time. If you go into the office and get their young son Bryant - you can rest assure your in fantastic hands. They taught him everything there is to know about this business and he is on top of every aspect . . . one could argue that he might have even surpassed his parents knowledge 😀

I went to the office in Hudson, not exactly sure what to ask and completely confused about all the insurance lingo as well as I needed help with my food stamp application. The first gentlemen I saw was Shane Freeman and he was so helpful and kind and patient with me and all my thousands of questions. Finally after months of trying to find someone that could help me, I finally found someone that is not only very helpful but he is also honest, he will help you in anyway and recommend options but does not push you to go one way or the other, he only cares about helping others. I highly recommend this office!
