While visiting our Dad over the past 8 months, we always arrived to find Faith at the front door reception desk with a smile, a kind word and a treat for our puppy. The Housekeeping staff does a wonderful job always with a smile and a big hello for us. Our Dad passed away recently and we were greeted at the front door reception desk by new employee Andrea with kindness, her sympathy for our loss and of course a treat for our puppy. Andrea assisted us with returning the valet cart after unloading our Dad's belongings. Please send our thanks to these members of your staff. They are shining examples of caring and kindness during our difficult visits.

My mom was just admitted to Life Care Center of Trouble Creek and I have to say that so far I am SUPER impressed! I am a nurse and have worked in many facilities and none even come close to how nice this one has been. It was recommended to me by a friend who's grandma is also there. When you walk in, it's very clean, elegant and smells great! Everyone is friendly! From the front desk, to the aides and nurses, PT, OT, speech therapy, activities department, and management! Everyone is very involved in her care and doing everything possible to make her stay comfortable and rehabilitating. They go out of their way to make sure all my moms needs are met and, any concerns I may have, taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one. Decent facilities in Florida are hard to come by, and this one is a diamond in the rough.

Excellent Staff, clean, nice size rooms, some very caring nurses and assistants. Special thanks to Angelica, for not only seeing my brother's immediate needs but also for getting them addressed quickly and properly, in order to keep him as comfortable as possible! Shout out to Jessica for helping us to navigate UHC issues, she has been wonderful and so helpful to us! May be slightly understaffed, but they still always manage to give care to your loved ones. Thank you so much!

My husband was admitted to Life care on Feb 1,2025 and he, my daughters and I were very impressed with the care he received from each and every person. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy were great.
The facility is also clean and bright. Do not fear, if your loved one needs care this would be the place to choose.

We have a dear friend that is in your Facility we have been there twice one of the things that we Had noticed right off to bat was how The facility Looked and smelled we have been in Facilities of the same nature and this one by far is kept up so much better also the The people who take care of your patience Were all very nice and always said hello to us as we were moving through the hallways. We feel very comfortable that our friend is being well taken care of.

I usually have very nice visits with my mom. The staff treats her wonderfully and they are very kind and support to me as well. Any questions I may have if they are unable to answer at the moment they find the answer for me within a few days. My mom's nurse Traci is amazing and her usual aide Jessie is also amazing with my mom and with the family. Thank you.

I think the facility is very nice, it clean and beautifully decorated. You provide many activities for the patients. Your PT department is top notch, they are there to do a job and they do it well. The down side is, there's not enough staff. My friend was there 3 weeks, she only saw a nurse twice a day at medication time. Some of the aides were very good, Stephanie and Victoria were great. My friends bathroom was never cleaned, garbage wasn't emptied, dirty linen wasn't removed. The 2 good aides that I mentioned, had to pick up for the ones that didn't. The meals were bad. She would place her order and never get the right thing. I understand cooking for so many people is difficult. Just try to serve what they ask for and keep the meals hot. No one wants to eat cold food. I've been in nursing many years. I want nurses to care for all like they would want to be treated. God bless you all at Life Care Center.

My mom has been in this facility for rehab almost 2 weeks. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and extremely clean. Cute little ice cream shop. The great grand kids got ice cream. The ladies were awesome. Highly recommend for anyones family members.
