Love this practice! Dr Cham is the reason the practice was voted best of the best. His staff are always kind and caring. I will never go anywhere else.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I have been a patient for a while and today I asked the doctor about weight loss assistance and he replied, “ Well, you can just stop eating!” I politely told him that his response was very insulting and rude and he said, it was a joke!! Who jokes like this? Then, I pointed out that my weight gain was abnormal and he would know if he checked my charts and he advised me to leave the office and that I was no longer his patient!!! I have never been treated so bad in my life!!

An absolutely one of the best Dr offices I have been to the entire staff is nice and friendly! I wouldn’t say I’m the easiest patient to deal with just the main fact I have tricare as my insurance and they are the ones that cause problems with referral. Jamie handle it great for couple weeks Jamie and I was going back and forth with tricare for referral approval. She was very very patient and would even reach out to me and say hey Cooper they said this and this imma try this see if it works. Dr Chamnong is a very nice and understanding Doctor making sure you have the best experience he prescribe me medication that didn’t work for me and he say okay bud let’s try this and it worked. Glad to know there a few doctors that take care of their patients and dr Chamnong is one of them. Even the desk clerks greet you friendly and answer the phone friendly like they actually like working their and is a healthy environment for them, that important for them to neatly serve the patient there. Just a great practice all the way around

He runs a bunch of unnecessary test to bill your insurance company. The receptionists are kinda racist, and he makes a bunch of unprofessional remarks.

My mom has been going to this guy for years and today he made me feel so bad. My mom has been struggling health wise for the past few days and he dismissed her symptoms and e.r visit on 10/02/2023. Then sent her back to a different e.r. He treated her like an item instead of a person (in my opinion) then lied and said baptist east was shut down and wasn't accepting emergency patients. When I called the e.r myself they stated that they were accepting patients. I am not comfortable with a "doctor" who gets irrate from explanation and becomes very dismissive towards his own client in a time of need. He stated "I can't fix everything wrong with her", when I was only there to support my mom and tell him her symptoms for the last couple of days. That statement hurt my moms feelings. Speaking about her like shes too damaged or beyond repair. Shame on you chamnong. Do better by actually showing compassion from all the things she's gone through. Dr's do not show their respects to their patients if they expire but you make sure the check or insurance clears. I will be there if God decides its her time learn your place and how to treat human beings. I feel bad for the individuals who go alone and have nobody to help them. W.w.j.d

I've always had wonderful experiences with this office but today when I told them my current work schedule makes it difficult to come in for labs and I do need my medicine refilled I was told I should consider going to urgent care and finding a provider that works on the weekend. I called whoever was responding out for being rude and they didn't even apologize. I think I will take their advice and look for another provide who has staff that actually practice customer service and want patients to remain at the practice after I get my medicine.

I recently moved back to Montgomery and was looking for a family practice doctor to see as my main doctor. Chamnong was recommended by a friend of mine and I called to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered the phone asked for my name, date of birth, and insurance information. After I gave her my insurance information she informed me that Chamnong was not seeing new patients... I was confused as to why she asked for my information if he was not seeing new patients... She replied that she would ask the doctor if he was willing to take me on as a new patient since I had been referred. She called me back the following week and said Chamnong would be willing to see me so I scheduled an appointment. I went to my first appointment where they did a full workup. They filed with my insurance and settled for less than what they originally billed for which I assumed was normal but then two days later I got a letter in the mail that said Chamnong would no longer be able to be my doctor without any explanation. After that, I had a friend call and schedule an appointment as a new patient and she was able to get an appointment. My only conclusion is that Chamnong and his office participate in some sort of insurance scam. Asking me about my insurance before telling me they weren't taking new patients, and then cancelling me as a patient after my insurance (BCBS) settled for less than they asked for, and then immediately allowing a new patient in after dismissing me all screams, "SCAM." Looking back at the reviews on here it turns out I'm not the first patient he has done this to as well. I'll be reporting this to anyone who will listen. Sounds like some sort of insurance discrimination to me.
