"Corporate" office has zero clue what happens at the other locations, specifically & personal experience between "Corporate" Office and Orange Park location today October 23rd, 2023. Orange Park location phones down for over two weeks and Corporate knows but doesn't call Orange Park medication management clients to reschedule appointments due to staffing issue at Orange Park location. Worst medication management experience ever! Will gladly explain to a member of management for this company. Use to recommend this company to others but Not anymore. If you're going to call yourself a corporate office you should know what's happening at other locations, especially in this day and age when everything is computerized.

I have been going for almost two years and recently they change my Dr. after two cancellations, well this new one refused to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy until she sees me and that will be in almost two weeks, so I have been without my medications for days, need to say they are no control or narcotics. I went to my pcp and he had no problem prescribing. Of course I’m not planning on going to this place again

I do not like to leave bad reviews but this has become personal at this point. I am so appalled by the lack of professionalism in this office. The complete lack of care and respect for their patients. This is the absolute worst office I have ever attended it's been over 6 months since I have tried getting in with this place. This is now the fourth time my appt. Has been cancelled day of while I am sitting in office waiting to be seen. This time at least it was telehelath. Cancelled. The provider no shows. I will never come back. A complete disrespect and disregard for your personal time and the delicate needs of mental health services. This place is a sham and should be shut down by the state. My advice to you is to run far away from this place they do not care about you your just a number. Wasted my time completed.This place should be shut down! I guess the rest of the reviews speak for itself.

I'm already a patient and would love it if someone from the office could contact me either by the landline or my email and let me know whether or not y'all are still open because I've called both numbers and I get busy signal. I am a month past due to refill my medication and I would love to know whether or not I need to find another position thank you.

I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me that they don’t prescribe benzos. I asked on MULTIPLE occasions whether or not they prescribe them and they assured me that they do. They only prescribe “mental health” medications which obviously won’t work for someone who has been on pretty much every single one. It is a waste of time. Do not come here.

This was a very good place and Dr.and staff well things have changed so much it's turning into shambles..Leave patients without medication almost 2 months my mental health is so off track because of this place I have 3 children I don't have time to sit around and play games when it comes to my mental health or others...very confusing and contradicting....not healthy at all don't recommend this place to a animal...zero medication management at all and very poor communication.very frustrating and I believe alit of fraudulent stuff going on....this is the most unprofessional cooperate business I have ever seen or heard of.. hopefully find new Dr ASAP

Orange Park front desk clerk/appointment clerk is rude & condescending. She doesn't listen, has horrible comprehension skills and rudely interrupts you; basically calls you a liar by denying previous conversation with her. No customer service skills whatsoever. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
