Cannot say enough good things about Serenity. But I’m going to try:
-Never had a bad interaction with anyone at Serenity, 40+ visits, 15 or so phone calls, all great customer service. They are genuine and caring.
-Best decision for mental health I could make, I was looking for something besides just the typical “throwing drugs at it.” They have newer treatments that are different and they work.
-Every single person I interacted with at the office-they were all genuine, made good conversation and I felt they cared about not just my day, but my well being.
-Office was clean, well kept. I had constant communication with my tech, anytime I needed something she was there.

Overall absolute BEST medical experience of any kind I have, EVER.
They have great people over at Serenity, I’m glad to have had experience with them. if I ever need help again, I’m going back. We need more of whatever it is that they have, in every interaction we have, and thats positivity!

For this being my first visit I have to say that the staff was super helpful Thanks to Ashley who put up with me for over an hour asking questions and doing the initial intake over the phone. I have always been very private about telling someone that I have problems but this crew here is freaking awesome. I am going back for appointment #2 tomorrow and can't wait to hear more about the treatments we have in store. Thank you Serenity for making me feel so comfortable and informed. Oh yeah and the place is GORGEOUS.

I was told by a staff member that my copay is $0 and when a member from the staff reached out to confirm the appointment I was than told the copay is $367 and when they called to confirm the appointment it was after 3pm which I was told was to late to cancel or reschedule! I was considering maybe rescheduling to try and see if I could come up with the money due to needing treatment. I was stunned when I was informed that I had to pay a no-show/cancelation fee of $150.00, which I thought was astronomical. I don't believe this is fair as a new patient, I went with what I was told by the office, it was not my fault the office staff gave me the incorrect information, and why did they wait till after 3pm to confirm knowing it was a $150.00 fee, as a result I was simply asking if they could reduce the fee! I was denied stating they wanted the entire amount. If this is how this office treats new patients, even if I was to consider paying the $367, I would not go to this office because the trust as a new patient has been betrayed! I am seeking mental health behavior help, and this office has flared up my anxiety so bad by their unfair treatment! It's like they are so money hungry and really not willing to work with patients! I am putting this review out there so this doesn't happen to someone else!

Difficult to find but it's a beautiful facility. Staff is very helpful and of course the psychiatrist was wonderful and you could tell that she was putting thought into coming up with a "plan". Can definitely recommend.

Edit: my previous review was pretty harsh. Ultimately I did eventually get treated and everyone has been extremely helpful. This kind of treatment should be accessible to everyone as it is changing my life for the better. The facility and the staff are wonderful.

Absolutely disgraceful the way they manage appointments. My appointment was for 8 am. I arrived on time to find the doors to the lobby locked. I call twice. I get told by machine they are closed till 7 mst. So I figure maybe she said 9 est and I heard 8. I get a call 45 minutes later that I have missed my appointment from the same number i have been calling. Why wait until the appointment is missed to call I was in the parking lot the entire time. Mind you my mental health is truly on the brink of catastrophe. I should sue them for what this did to me emotionally. Was my one hope of feeling better.

This is the best medical experience I’ve ever had. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. Dr. Andrea truly listens to you and makes you feel heard and understood- all of which are rare to find. I’m so grateful to her and everyone at Serenity.

I was in there Jax office this past Wed. I start Ketemine therapy this next Wednesday. So far in love this office. I spent three hours there. In forty years of shrinks and therapists, and bs medications that never worked, this was the most productive, the most insightful, and honestly, I felt like the most caring mental health visit. I have ever had. I will say this as a grumpy old man.I've seen in this office where everybody was happy and joyful I found it annoying lol. But honestly, i'm looking forward to my therapy. So much so that depending how the outcome is, the wife and I have talked about paying out of pocket to help our oldest and youngest out of four adult children to get the therapy. For the first time in my life, i'm excited about a doctor visit.
