The staff make this a nice place. Destiny a nurse is very kind she came to my house brought me a Christmas breakfast so kind of her. Nice to know there are people that care.

Was a great place when it was JSA. The doctor Borachi was always happy to see my mother. Then it changed names several times. Then it wasn’t the doctor anymore it was her assistant. Well two overdoses later because they neglected to tell her caregiver twice of new prescriptions. The new medications were prescribed over the phone to my mother and were delivered without my knowledge . They have my number as the person to call. They were told do not prescribe anything without informing me. This is an 80 year old with onset of Alzheimer’s and dementia per their diagnoses. I was told numerous times to put my mom on Hospice because I think they just wanted to get rid of her. Well after a year and the second OD I did place her on Hospice because the muscle relaxers on top of her other medications slowed her heart down so much it deprived her brain of oxygen. This gave her a stroke. Well Hospice figured out in one week how to manage my moms pain. She’s been dealing with this pain for four years with this doctor. Many different prescriptions. Let’s try this and this and that. Took one doctor to sit and listen to her and actually figure out what’s going on. My mother has survived cancer twice and it was her doctors who almost killed her. I thank God I was here and found her before her heart stopped from all the muscle relaxers they gave her. 80/50 was her blood pressure. Oh and after they were informed she was in the hospital again because of her medication a few days later the Nurse practitioner Cathy was no longer there. I didn’t get a call after she was released from the hospital from her doctor asking how she was doing.I am seeking legal advice on what to do now. Since the OD my mother has not been the same. Hope this helps someone to make a better choice.

Dr. Borachi has been thorough in my care, always listening to all issues effecting my health. Staff are always polite and do their best to take care of any issues I may have, both in person and by phone/app.

I liked it here when it was Divita Group.
Now, they change doctors like underwear!
It is so impersonal. The doctors don’t know your name until they look at your chart in the hallway before entering the room.
They don’t listen to their patients! This seems to be the new normal at all these corporate, LLC entities!
In my personal opinion, the medical system is a crumbling entity!
I don’t want a book smart Doctor. I want a doctor who took his/her hypocritical oath seriously!
Not Doctors who go along to get along!
We are flesh and blood beings! Not living cadavers!
Although they don’t hesitate to take your Medicare monetary reimbursements!

I been going to DaVita Medical Group for 6 months now, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place, the receptionist they are friendly, my doctor Guirguis and his nurse Elizabeth,and his secretary LeAnn are sweet, friendly, and professional, my doctor take his time and listen to me, if it wasn't for him, they would have never found my breast cancer. And for that I'm very grateful 🙏 that they were able to catch the cancer on time and I'm about to start my chemo. Thank You doctor Guirguis and Staff and DaVita Medical Group.☺️

spoke to "stacey" at this office this morning. this RUDE person does not listen, talks over people, and uses a loud voice in order to "get her point" across. i was a new patient to this office but because of this experience, i can only imagine that the doctors behave the same way.

We were released from rehab with no care plan. No medical supplies for moms wounds. It took us 5 days to get assistance and that is only after I had a friend reach out to an employee there. The “medical transport” was a lyft driver in a Camaro, nice guy but mom can’t walk, and he wasn’t equipped with the right kid of vehicle for her needs. STILL fighting to get medical supplies so her infection doesn’t get worse.

How is it acceptable to accuse an employee of something based on something a patient says, to them find out from 2 other employees who witnessed the incident and prove the patient lied.. And then not get an apology from the accuser

I should lodge a formal complaint and contact my lawyer solely for causing this DR a hassle.. considering how upset my significant other was.. she is the employee
