Dr. Walker takes time with her patients, which is very good, however wait times are extremely long. After being billed $200 a second time for my bloodwork, even though I have health insurance, ( I asked Dr. Walker not to schedule tests that were not routine or covered by my health insurance) I have decided to seek care elsewhere 🙁
When I contacted the office about my bill, I was told all I needed to do was bring in my bill and they would put in a code to bring my balance to zero. After weeks to months of back and forth with an office staff that seemed incompetent and did not care to follow up with me even though he said he would, I received another bill of $168.00.
