They did exactly what they promised and did a good job.
Their call center offered my husband free wireless headphones if he would come in for hearing screening. The screening results look accurate to us and there was no attempt to pressure us into a rushed purchase. The hearing aids the audiologist let him try were almost invisible and comfortable to wear.
We scheduled a follow up appointment to monitor his hearing and see if he maintains his current condition.

They are very friendly and do not truy to push products on me that I can't afford. Always listen to me if I am having a problem such as adjusting hearing level and work with me on getting things just right for me.

The Miracle Ear Hearing Center in Auburn is outstanding. I have dealt with other hearing services in the area and none of them can compare. Britney Zemba is a true professional, showing care and compassion for her patients. On my first visit, there was no pressure to buy the hearing aids. The hearing tests were done and completely explained so that I understood the extent of my hearing loss. Then the various options and costs were explained. The receptionist, Wanda is also friendly and professional. I feel very welcome every time I walk through the door. The service following my purchase of the hearing aids has been outstanding. I highly recommend this hearing center and Britney and Wanda.

Recently I was looking for replacement for my hearing aids as I had become unhappy with what I was using. Lucky for me I discovered that there was Miracle-Ear of Auburn. From the ease of making my initial appointment to receiving my hearing devices the service of Miracle-Ear Auburn has been outstanding! Miracle Ear gives better service than other offices including Abbott that gave no customer service . Wanda and Brittney at Miracle Ear in Auburn really care about their patients and have always given great care and attention to all of my hearing needs. I am so thankful for finding Miracle Ear!

It's been a great experience at the Auburn, Alabama Miracle-Ear Aid Center.
My audiologist, Brittney Ziemba, is very knowledgeable about hearing and the technology available to enhance your ability to hear better.
She has been there for me from the beginning and continues to support me on a regular basis.
I do warn you that a lot of what you've been missing isn't always worth hearing these days, but alas, it's an all or nothing situation, so go for the greater good for yourself and your loved ones and give Brittney a call today.
Oh, and if you're wondering how comfortable these hearing devices really are, then do like me once you get them in and put a sign up in your shower to remind you to take them out before the water goes on. They're insured, but it's embarrassing to not remember that you have them in your ears.

Brittney and the staff are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. They are kind and very informative about their products. I am enjoying my hearing aids and they are very comfortable. Sometimes I forget that I am wearing them. 5 stars all the way!!!
