I use to work in a medical office. We give patients 15 minutes if they’re late. I scheduled an appointment at 8:45 and I got there at 9 because the GPS took me to the wrong entrance. I check in and they wait to tell me at 9:15 that I need to reschedule because I was late. When no doctors office never sees you at the time of your appointment. But they said my doctor took another patient. How? IDK I thought I had an appointment. I reschedule for an appointment at the front desk for the same day at 9:30z I see so many other patients get called before me. And it is 10 am and I have yet to be called. So now they’re late and wasting my time. No wonder they have a bad rating
