I am in Fort Lauderdale for a wedding. I came down with a terrible head cold. Needless to say, my CPap is a necessity to keep me alive and keep my wife from leaving me!
I packed everything but my nasal cushion. This is where Ingris and Medical Decision Services saved the day/weekend!
I called and then text pics of my face mask and she found out what I needed and took my order over the phone and UBER picked it up and hopefully I live happily ever after.
I did call 2 other companies and looked up on Other medical apps online.
Ingris went above and beyond to help me.
When I get back to New Jersey I am going to get my last invoice and if MDS is close in price I am going to use them going forward!!
Call MDS and ask for Ingris if you need any supplies, she will work hard to help you! Fits like a glove👍

They had exactly what I needed for the replacement of my power adapter for my CPAP as we were 8n town for a cruise. (Cat chewed through cord and when unplugging before trip, pulled wire apart) Very courteous and would recommend to anyone needing help in short notice to replace items.

Arrived at our hotel in Fort Lauderdale to Stay overnight for our cruise the next day. Yes my cpap head strap broke putting it on. The day of our cruise l searched the internet for a supply store. Medical Decision Service came up , opens at 8:30...PERFECT two blocks away. I arrived and the gentleman was very helpful...until l said I only need the strap. "We don't sell just the strap ". OK how much for the package $125.
"Well l don't need the whole thing ". The other guy at the desk came over and went through the pile of new ones that they show customers. Found the one l needed , took the strap off and said " here take this ".
OH WOW...thank you , "how much sir " ........NO CHARGE , ENJOY YOUR CRUISE ".
And that proves that there are " ANGELS AMONG US....SEEN AND UNSEEN ".

My wife GigiSanchez already posted a review but I also want to thank Ingrid & Kirk for saving the day. I wouldn’t know what I do w/o my CPAP and they found the piece (elbow) I was missing. A big Thank You to both of them & the gentleman that took the call and opened the door for us. We are heading on a cruise and getting no sleep would have been a nightmare. These kind people need recognition! By the way it is our 29th anniversary
