AMAZING place to rent a wheelchair or scooter from. We rented one for use during a vacation in the area. It was EASY to pick up and return. Due to local traffic we were 6 minutes late for drop off and they even stayed late to accommodate our needs. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Lovely staff, clean equipment and a very helpful young lady (Jessie) up front to advise, demo and process your rental or buy. They were $5 less per month than the store across Indiantown and had cleaner equipment. Definitely recommend. I got a rolling knee walker from here for $90/mo. When I returned it after 3 dys because my boot worked better, she gave me a partial refund (which she didn’t have to do - they are a business after all).

Everyone we met at Homecare America were helpful, patient and very professional. Jessica helped us from start to finish. She helped us narrow down the correct walker / wheelchair for our needs. They have a very good selection of items. Jessica adjusted each walker to the correct height and each wheelchair with the foot rests and brakes. We were able to settle on a 3 wheel walker for the home and a wheelchair walker for out and about.
Friends of ours suggested we go buy a walker / wheelchair from Amazon. We are glad we didn't. You can not order this type of equipment online. If you do, it won't be worth the money (if any) you save. There are different wheel widths and sizes , seat widths. Some chairs had difficulty going over a carpet to tile transition strip and some didn't. We are satisfied that we saw and tried out over a dozen walkers and chairs in person with professional help.

Derek and the team are incredible. Their passion for helping people in difficult times is so appreciated by our family. Our father needed a lift chair and Derek’s response on a Friday as they were closing was No Problem, we deliver it Now. The patience that they show to their customers and compassion is something rare to find today. I would send anyone and everyone here for your medical supply needs.

While on a weekend get away in Stuart my travel CPAP decided to finally die. The great folks at this Homecare America kept their store open and waited for me to arrive on a late Friday afternoon. They were courteous and helpful and had me with a new machine and back out the door quickly. I can't thank them enough for the great and friendly service and effort. They sure saved the day (and weekend) for me. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

I needed to get a walker delivered to my Mom ASAP and they came through! Absolutely fabulous customer service from start to finish. My Mom was so pleased with the young gentleman who delivered and set it up for her. Thank you!!!!!

Super helpful company! I called in need for a special catheter, and they had none in stock. Not only did they call and order it with a STAT delivery request, but they offered to deliver it to us. I can't explain how appreciate I am, as all other companies I tried prior to calling them just turned me away when they did not have them available. Thank you so much for your attentiveness, friendliness, and quick response.
