On January 16th I had my baby boy at this hospital. It was a pleasant experience and I am very grateful to everyone. From the preparation and guidance for my cesarean section to the last day after being in my postpartum room. All the nurses were very kind and always very concerned about my recovery and care. Both of my newborn and my companion regardless of the language. They help you to understand each other through a translator. Also the anesthesia and cesarean staff. Thank you. Doctors, etc. Also thanks to the head chef, very kind and I do not like the food in hospitals but I loved this hospital!! Thank you also because my companion was also offered food. The rooms that I had, good hygiene, also, the cleaning lady came by every day. I recommend this hospital. They know how to do their job.

My dad had surgery and we checked in through Outpatient Surgery and met Ann, she was great! Greeted us, asked if we needed anything, directed us where we needed to go! She was a sweetheart. My dad had surgery performed by Dr. Kelechi Akuma, amazing doctor! Best bedside manors I have ever seen by any doctor! He came in and checked on my dad multiple times. He asked if he had any questions, he ask we had any questions and explained everything! He even checked on my dad after he performed another surgery! We were all impressed. He definitely cares for his patients! Highly recommend him for Vascular Surgery! Also, in CVICU he had an amazing RN, Kat! She was amazing! She help my dad quite a bit. His other two nurses were great as well! Can't recall their names.

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my recent stay at your hospital. From the moment I was admitted until my discharge, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable and positive as possible.

The nursing staff was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly professional, always ensuring that my needs were met promptly and with kindness. The doctors took the time to explain every detail of my treatment, making sure I felt informed and reassured throughout my stay.

I also want to commend the housekeeping team for maintaining such a clean and welcoming environment, and the dietary staff for accommodating my preferences so thoughtfully.

This experience has shown me the incredible dedication and teamwork of your entire staff. Thank you for all that you do to provide excellent care to your patients.

To all Nurses, Doctors, Food Service, Cleaning Staff, MRI staff, Catscan staff, and all who else was involved taking care of me and my wife before and during and after my surgery recovery.
We appreciated all the care and support,kindness that was shown to us.
One of many ways of kindness was shown , I had a meal but my Wife had not eaten,yet a vey kind Nurse later in the night brought her a sandwich and coffee. All involved went beyond their job and showed genuine kindness. Every one had a unique personality which made our stay memorable.

Thank you again all who gave us their support. And Thank you that the Surgery was successful.

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this review, but I have to. I want to save anyone else from possibly experiencing what we have gone through with this hospital. Please do not take your loved one to this hospital if you have another option. The care at this hospital was horrible. My mom was there for a month, and we were stressed out the entire time. I will just list a few of the issues we experienced.
1. The person in the emergency room did the insertion of the need for a blood transfusion wrong and my mom ended up with blisters all over her arm.
2. Nurse was taking her blood and was on her cell phone the entire time. She even forgot the vials of blood on top of my mom, and we had to call her back to retrieve it.
3. My mom was transported to a new room, and they left her without connecting her to oxygen (which she needed). Luckly i came in and the nurse and I connected it.
4. Some of the nurses are good but many of them just don't care. She had different doctors and nurses almost every day. And no one knew what was going on. So, the care was very inconsistent, and the communication was terrible.
5. They left my mom with terrible stage 2 bed sores on her back, arm and side (see a few pics).
6. The case worker (Caroline) was not following up with the aftercare. We had to call her several times. If we didn't stay on top of her nothing would get done.
After about a month of this terrible care we eventually had to take my mom out AMA (Against medical advice).
You had to know how bad it was for us to do that.
I wish I could give them a zero star. The owner of this hospital should be ashamed of how this is hospital is ran.

This place is a complete disgrace. My wife and I came here for an emergency related to her pregnancy — something no couple wants to face. We checked in around 3 PM, and what followed was one of the most frustrating and careless experiences we’ve ever had.

After sitting in the waiting room, we were called in by a doctor who asked a bunch of pointless questions and left without even trying to reassure us about our baby. No exam. No urgency. Just walked out.

About 30 minutes later, we were put into a room… and sat there for nearly another 30 minutes before a nurse showed up, took blood, and vanished like she was never coming back. No updates. No one checking in. My wife was stressed, scared, and left in the dark for hours.

After 3 HOURS of silence, she had to call the doctor herself just to get someone back in the room — only for him to ask the same useless questions all over again. Seriously?

We walked in around 3 PM. We left at 8:13 PM. 5+ hours of waiting, anxiety, zero care, and no answers. And now we get to look forward to a huge bill for absolutely nothing. This hospital clearly doesn’t care — not about emergencies, not about pregnant women, and definitely not about patient experience

The doctors and staff have been amazing! I can't say enough about the care and service I received. I had to come in for an emergency surgery. Dr. Yates, Nurse Jackie and other team members went above and beyond to put me at ease. A special thank you to food host Sherry, she is really passionate about what she does and it shows. Keep up the great work everyone 😄

Since the change over, I've noticed the staff has changed for the better. Everyone that I was in contact with was unbelievable able. I would like to commend Alician in the Radiology Dept. She does the Mammogram testing. I've never had anyone make me as comfortable as she has. It's just a pleasant exam to have. God, if she ever leaves. I hope I am able to have someone like her.
