Exceptional Care and Compassion at Broward Health North! I recently had the opportunity to get care at Broward Health North after i suffered from a seizure and my mother was deeply distressed, but other than that I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience it was. And when I walked through the emergency doors, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff treat you like family and immediately get right to work and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and cared for; Their customer service at Broward Health North is superb. The food here was amazing and also My team members were all so professional, but more than that, they genuinely cared about how I was doing. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions, guiding me through the process the entire visit. Clearly, they put patient satisfaction first and foremost. Call out to the nursing staff — special mention there. Every single nurse especially Britany , gilly , laura and a couple others I met was exceptionally focused on me, my care, and whether I was comfortable. Theirs was another realm of experience; their professionalism was complemented by their compassion, and it made all the difference. But the reality was that I felt safe and supported through every step of the process. At Broward Health North, you’re not just a number — here, you’re family. I strongly advise anybody in need of medical assistance to visit this hospital. Thank you Broward Health North for your excellent service and making me feel like a patient!

I loveeeeeee Marlice the host and Steve Martin the grand ambassador are the best ppl everrrr. They are so kind, helpful, and much more. The food was great and the Marlice hospitality was even better. They took good care of my mother and I will always remember them. Best hospital ever

I recently took my mom to Broward Health North for an outpatient procedure and Gairlynn at registration was absolutely fantastic. When I mentioned my mom wasn't wearing her hearing aids, Gairlynn immediately adjusted - making eye contact, speaking up, and positioning herself so my mom could see her face. She created such a calm environment and made my mom feel respected during what's usually a stressful process. Gairlynn clearly explained each next step, which was really helpful for both of us. The whole check-in experience was seamless thanks to her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Staff like Gairlynn make all the difference in healthcare!

This hospital is the best hospital I’ve been in. The nurses, doctors, basically the whole staff was such a pleasant experience. I felt safe and cared for. Marlice the host and Steve Martin the ambassador was really great. They made sure I got my food and was very attentive to my needs. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend

The mammogram department is a pleasure. It felt like being in a spa with soft music, candles, low lights and scents. The technicians, Cathy and Selena were very pleasant and professional and took me in right away. I would highly recommend the experience there.

This review is for the Memory Disorder Center. I visit twice a year with my relative and the office staff always greets her with warmth, compliments her, and generally make her feel like she's seen and appreciated. They greet me too, and they remember me when I call.

Dr. Hazel Wiley takes time to talk with her and understand what's going on. She explains things thoroughly and doesn't ever make me feel rushed.

Of all the doctor visits we do in a regular basis, this one is the most pleasant.
