I went to Dr. Freeman for almost 2 decades and was never unsatisfied with my treatment or interaction. I moved out of state and have yet to find a PCP with the same level of knowledge and care. It's been several years since we were patients but our family is still constantly saying "I wish we could find another Dr. Freeman".

If I could give no stars I would. This office have went down hill since Dr John freeman has left. The receptionist is HORRIBLE and RUDE!!!! And they barely answer the phone. I called Friday to refill medicine for my asthma the girl literally just said OK when I told her what I was calling for and hung up. Here it is Monday I’ve been calling all morning and no one is answering. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Dr.Freeman is very caring and professional. My son and I have been with him almost 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on your blood work and exams needed. We love his wonderful staff .

My family has been patients here for like 30 years. He was always the best doctor in town. In recent times they won't let our family in when we are extremely sick, doctor is never available. Very disappointed and hate to see a doctor potentially lose an entire family that's been super supportive for decades. We love Dr Freeman as a person and a doctor. Sad situation. We really do love him.

Dr. Freeman is one of the kindest and most compassionate physicians I know. Dr. Freeman has such patience with his geriatric patients, respecting them and never rushing them along to get to the next patient. His humble heart, ear for the patient, and prompt response makes him one of the finest primary physicians in the River Region. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was in really bad pain and the best he could do was to say go to the ER. He wasn't even closed. I know there is an opioid crisis in America but I'm not part of it. Not the doctor for me.
