If you had asked me 6-8 months ago for a review, I would have given 5 stars. Access to the patient portal has been helpful and the responsiveness of Dr. Anzalone and his staff was always on point. However, I made his 2 year appt months in advance, months. It was cancelled and moved three times and we ended up having to see a different Dr. (I think Adela De Vera)—who was wonderful. But in between there, we have not been able to see our pediatrician Dr. Anzalone. It’s been extremely difficult to get him in and despite planning ahead, we are consistently getting cancelled at the last minute. My son is sick and I’m concerned it may be RSV and was told I can take him to a random doctor at a different clinic. No. Just no. I handpicked a pediatrician for a reason so my son can grow up with the same, consistent, familiar faces. I am considering switching pediatricians because of our experiences over these past 8 months. It’s disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Went to my appointment on time had to fill out paper work when i was done and turned in my paper work i sat back down and waited to get called to see the doctor. 25 minutes go by and im wondering when it will be my turn therefore i ask the receptionist. she tells me that the doctor won’t be in for another hour. Mind you i had been waiting over 20 minutes and wasn’t told anything about the doctor not being there. They recommended me waiting the hour or rescheduling my appointments months out.

Have a apoiment at 8am we arrive 30 minutes early to do the pre check in is 9:15 am still waiting to be attended don't know the reason to give you and apoiment at 8 if they don't going to take care of you for hours and all the people how arrive before you get in first then they tell me they don't have rooms and they keep bringing in more patients how arrive after us

Medico fue nice! Pero hubo un error en codificacion medica esto hizo que mi insurrance no reconociera y debo pagar el bill casi completo $639, reiteradas veces se solicito reenvio de codigo y lo enviaron 3 veces errado. Manager no conoce de codificacion medica

Los tiempos de espera son muy largos se te indica llegar a una hora y si llegas 5 minutos tardes pierdes tu sita sin embargo e llegado a esperar casi una hora por el médico

Muy mal servicio 😡 los Doctores son buenos pero la recepción muy mala, bien déspotas siempre 😡
