I had extensive back surgery. After six days in the hospital I was sent to Encompass. There are no words adequate enough to describe the warm welcome, the over-the-top knowledgeable and caring OT and PT staff, the amazing doctors and nurses, the compassionate aids, the professional housekeeping staff, and the restaurant-quality food. I wish there were more stars to give them. After nine days I was discharged. I was excited to go home but scared that the protective cocoon known as Encompass would not be close at hand. But they fully prepared me for everything I was going to face outside of their doors. I will forever be grateful to their expertise. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I just finished my second stay at Encompass Health in Naples. To say that Encompass is the finest rehab facility, would be a world class understatement. Their greatest asset is the people who work there. It's obvious that they love what they do, since they greet with a smile, and take care of you like a family would.
Each day you receive a schedule of your rehab activities, that is, after a wonderful breakfast. The food at Encompass is way beyond what you would normally expect and it actually is a factor in your recovery. Good, healthy meals that you actually look forward to eating. The Chef even makes the rounds sometime to get your feedback.
After two stays at Encompass I can say, from experience, that this facility is first class in every facet of rehab care. I am thankful for having such a caring, friendly, and knowledgeable staff that have put me back on my road to total recovery. A+++++

Upon a late evening arrival, I was greeted with a smile and Care. I hadn’t had anything to eat for quite a while and arriving so late I had missed dinner at encompass, I told them that even a sandwich would be appreciated. What I received for dinner, with apologies that it was only something they could whip up, was a magnificent meal. This was the start of a wonderful 10 day stay. The reason I say wonderful was not just because of the meals, the room or the staff. It was because everyone and I truly mean everyone treated me with the utmost care and respect. The main reason I was there reconstructive right knee surgery, I only had a spacer in my knee. The physical therapy and the occupational therapy were top-notch. I went from barely being able to walk 30 feet to over 150 feet before tiring. I got trained on how to Go up steps just like my house is. For me, Not only was there walking But also strength building in my arms since I will be on a walker for several months.
There are many people who help me, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the wonderful work that Rachel and Bridget did in the gym. Even the games were fun for me. I for one enjoy being pushed to excel, but I will say that it was with great kindness that the encouragement came. I observed this and all the staff in the gym. Encompass has hired top notch caregivers.

My mom Lois just had a one week stay at this beautiful clean and caring facility. Everything positive esp Marcy and Katlyn! Really appreciated the caring rehab and good new facility. She’s progressed greatly the following week after discharge and we attribute that to the positivity and technical help she received in rehab at this wonderful facility. Thanks and happy new year.

Excellent. Nurses. Techs, physical therapy and occupational therapy. All Dr's on staff are concerned about your overall health. The facility is spotless and very well taken care of.
The food is excellent!
Not a bad thing to say.

My experience at Encompass was excellent in all aspects. Nursing staff, rooms, food are all 5 star. The PT/OT staff are knowledgeable. They are fun while getting every type of therapy done. I am grateful for all the care I was given at Encompass. Definitely 5 star plus!!

The PT and OT is great but be careful and be on top of things because the case managers have a lot to be desired. We had a case manager Hetti that blatantly lied to me and when my mom went from there to skilled nursing, they sent her over without a heads up on timing to the skilled nursing facility nor the appropriate paperwork that was supposed to go with her.

From Tina the case manager to all the Doctors and nurses and to the Pt people, Nora , Bobby, Sarah and the rest they all were so helpful and very organized. They pushed you as they should but if you need a rest or a session off there was no pressure. They all went above and beyond of what was expected
