Front desk staff are atrocious, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful! They hang up on you repeatedly or place you on hold until you hang up. They do not return calls. Forget asking for a manager because they wont transfer you but will gladly hang up. The business ethics here are trash an im shocked this office is still in business with how they treat any of their patients! Im glad I hadn't wasted any time or money here just trying to get through to someone that wont hang up on you before even getting to schedule your first appointment. As soon as i figure out how to file an official complaint to SW FL regional, I will be!

I spend 170 usd In this place Nov/23 and I never get the results than Dr Tania was supposed to call me and read it for me, I called them or email them NO ANSWER and yesterday when they finally answer… frontdesk read the “results” for me. I feel cheated. GOOD LUCK WITH THEM 👎🏽

Doctor does not call back with results of test results. Have left 14 messages over a 3 week period for a refill on a prescription for allergies. Have not gotten a call back or the refill hasn’t been called in. Have called the office several times to speak to a person and no one answers.
