STAY AWAY!! I should have paid attention to the reviews. I have insurance and this urgent care whats the charge more then my co pay! I've NEVER EVER had a dr try price gouge over people's illness. It's a shame!! Not to mention thr customer service was horrible from an African American woman in the front. She did NOT want to give me treatment since they closed in an hour!! This place makes a killing of people's sickness. Wait the time in the hospital or go to MD now. You'll get better bed side manner as well as all around health care. Not to mention the Dr was standing right there and did nothing. THIS PLACE IS EVERYTHING THATS WRONG WITH OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM!

2024 and earlier I always had a great experience here until I finally had “Dr. G” as my doctor. I don’t think I’ll be back after the experience with her. From the start I didn’t trust her as it felt as though she was pushing unnecessary meds on me. She was trying to prescribe an antibiotic for a confirmed, (confirmed by hospital lab results) viral infection, norovirus. Red flag right there.

2nd red flag was she came in and removed my IV fluid bag before it was finished when I came in for fluid specifically. I was shaky, feeling faint & had tingling extremities from dehydration which I had just gotten out of the hospital the day before. She removed the IV and without ANY gauze, decided it was okay to hold my OPEN vein from the IV with her GLOVE. I mean… come on. As a patient I even know that is disgusting and wrong. She let my vein bubble up and then I was all of a sudden in a lot of pain. I’ve never been in pain while having an IV removed. The nurses and people under her are amazing. It seems that Dr. G needs to remember to follow rules even if she is at the top. She just showed insane unprofessionalism today and I just walked out after that. Between my family and I, we’ve probably gone 10 times over the last couple years and always had a good experience because she was never the doctor. After this experience, we will not be going back. It’s fine if you get any other doctor or nurse but beware of getting Dr. G as your doctor.

Absolutely heinous and discrimantory experience trying to get a immigration exam and being run around for over a week and charged nearly $1000 to be told to go elsewhere for additional vaccines by multiple different incompetent staff members to then be told my religious rights don’t matter if I do want to waive out of a flu shot. Do not deal with them st all. I am sorry I even did.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went on a Sunday morning and needed an Xray of my ankle, and elbow. They said my insurance wasn't going through, and said I would have to pay 260 if I wanted to be seen. I told them I would pay it and then call my insurance company on Monday. I was in pain and didn't have many options on a Sunday. I called my insurance company the next day, and they said it is covered. They told me to file a complaint against the urgent care since they didn't even try to run it through and instead lied to me about it not being covered. They also told me to tell Dr. G's to run it through after the fact so they can pay Dr. G and then Dr. G can pay me back the $260.00 I laid out. I called Dr. G's billing dept and spoke to Andrea, and she told me they would not submit the claim since there are no refunds. I tried to explain to her that they would only reimburse me once insurance paid them and it's not a refund, but she said they would not do it. I even said if they insurance for some reason paid less than 260.00 to only return the difference to me. Since the person at the front desk didn't do his job, I am now not able to have insurance cover it. I went back to the urgent care, and they didn't even make a copy of my insurance card for my chart. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back. They take advantage of people when they are desperate for medical attention. Terrible to work with.

This place is all about the money! Do not go here. It took them from Nov 10th review of a bacterial Culture by Doctor Garvar to call me on Nov 16th and tell me the antibiotic I was taking would not help the second bacteria. I needed to come back to the office for a medicine by injection. Nerve to charge another copay! I will not go back to Dr Gs. The PA told me it is not her policy. The receptionist was a sweetheart. He tried to call the manager to get it waive. Manager said no. We'll Dr Gs you lost a patient and with the previous reviews people will go somewhere else.

WOMEN DO NOT GO THERE FOR GYNECOLOGY OR OBSTETRIC ISSUES OR CONCERNS‼️

I’m not usually one to complain about places specially being in the healthcare industry myself but I thought I could help my fellow female patients seeking help related to gyn problems.

I called before before I went to ask if they did IUD removals and they said they did, I wanted to get it removed for multiple reasons that I didn’t want to wait long to be seen at the gynecologist office, I paid $140 copay with insurance and I agreed to be looked at by a NP since the Dr wasn’t there at the time, I appreciated his efforts to help me but he couldn’t locate the strings of my IUD and he thought it could have been expelled or dislodged and that I needed a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm its location or a guided ultrasound to get it taken out which had me worried so I asked for a second opinion but couldn’t be accommodated until two days later with the Dr.

They told me I had to pay another copay regardless of my concern not being addressed if I decided to go back.

On top of this, I walk out of there not just worried about what they told me about my IUD and not being removed but also without my vitals being taken or my medical history being reviewed by the MA, who has the audacity to call me a few minutes after I walk out of the office to go over the information she should have gone through before me being seen by the NP, meds, allergies, etc, I even gave her a blood pressure number that I had taken myself with their machine. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not to make this any longer but they told me the copay would be $28 instead of $140 for a second opinion so I agreed in my desperation to get that thing taken out of my body. I go back the next day to be seen by another NP and same thing happened, they confirmed with X-ray that in fact I still had the IUD inside but she couldn’t locate the strings either, my anatomy is the one of a normal human being and my IUD was always in the right place at every follow up appointment. So I was still very confused.

In conclusion I walked out of there for the second time discouraged and worried because what I thought was going to be a simple procedure turned out to having to have two pelvic exams without success, lack of professionalism and waste of time and money.

I ended up going to the ER in my desperation and they did a pelvic ultrasound that confirmed that my IUD was still in place but they didn’t want to do what would be my third pelvic examen in less than two days.

I ended up going to a women’s walk in clinic three days later and I know that’s where I should have gone in the first place but they told me I needed a referral which I didn’t have at the time, so I go there with the main reason being what they had told be previously, that my strings were lost, my my IUD was still in place according to the US, so I agreed to get a third pelvic exam by another NP who happily goes ahead and places the speculum and tells me, Oh your strings are right there, perfectly placed! Perfect length, I can see them! I’m happy to take it out for you. You can’t imagine how relieved I was to hear this, she proceeded and guess what it costed me $0 copay!!!

Please my dear female friends do not make the same mistake I made, go to a women’s clinic for GYN or even OB issues or concerns. Not a primary care walk in clinic or urgent care like this one!

They are so wonderful here! They got my boyfriend in and seen in 10 minutes during a hurricane. They were patient and let us call around to find a pharmacy still open that late at night and sent the prescription there when we found one. Such lovely staff and extremely helpful.Thank you so so much!

Arrived as soon as they opened so check in was a breeze. Very satisfied with the cost of paying out of pocket. Also loved how quickly we were seen for what we went in for, suture removal. I appreciate the efforts made by the person working with my son to calm him. Overall a peaceful, attentive service by the front desk, nurse and doctor.
