Made an appointment through an ad on social media. Got a phone call and a text confirms appointment. Went to my appointment only to be told i don't know who made this appointment for you but your not in the schedule. She was very rude. Never attempted to reschedule or fit me in. Would never return here.

I’ve struggled with neuropathy for two years.
Doctors said no hope, no cure…
But they are wrong.
Nerves can and do grow back.
The treatments I’ve received have made a huge difference: walking better, not falling, pain reduced considerably, and can sleep better.
It’s an extra bonus that the staff are super kind and compassionate too.
I’m grateful.

Arrived for first appt 15 minutes early as instructed. The door was locked. No one responded to knocking or phone calls. Sat in the hot car until appt time. No response to knocking or phone calls. Shook the door to try to get
someone's attention. A rude woman came to the door and admonished me for banging on her door. She said their lunch hour was from 1 to 2. She then refused to work with my husband and ushered us out. Would NEVER go back, the woman with long black hair was beyond rude and disrespectful. We drove from Ft Myers, sat in. a hot car and she told us we were being disrespectful "banging"on the door.

This practice is exceptional in every way. The office is conducted professionally but with a welcoming family atmosphere. I've been visiting Dr. Dan Taylor for a few months now, and I can confidently state that he knows his stuff when it comes to chiropractic care!
I've had the good fortune to be treated by both of the wonderful doctors here. Because they both do such a terrific job, my husband and I both signed up for a year. The lines are always minimal, and I'm in and out in under 15 minutes!
They even took care of our kids while we had a session!!!
Both of us felt overall health improvement not just the spine adjustments and pain relief! Thank you!

i began my treatment in February 2024, and over the past four months have experienced a remarkable improvement in my leg pain, stability, ability to take longer and longer walks, there even appears to be dramatic healing of ruptured Achilles tendon, I feel so lucky to have the technical support of the entire team at Naples Health Institute, Dr. Taylor is fantastic. I’ve been going to Upward Shift for about a month now, and I definitely do feel better than when I first walked in on day one. Honestly, I was a little skeptical on how well this type of treatment, given that it’s different from traditional chiropractic care, was going to go. I wasn’t sure if it was going to work. But, I can say with certainty, that I DO feel better, physically, mentally, and even emotionally than I did on day one. For me, it’s a slow process that continues to build each visit. Overall, Upward Shift is amazing. Dr. Jade and Dr. Dan are super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. The whole office/staff are also super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Upward Shift for six months now and they have provided the best chiropractic care I have ever experienced! The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and experts in their field. Dr. Jade & Dr. Dan spend time making sure you understand their method for healing- this was the first time I’ve ever had a chiropractor explain to me their adjustment method! I found Naples Health Institute about 8 weeks ago.
The staff is so pleasant and welcoming.
Dr Dan Taylor put me at ease immediately. He is so knowledgeable and patient. He is never too busy to answer questions. His periodic reviews of my progress is so appreciated and if he thinks changes in treatment are indicated he will discuss them and implement them immediately.
I am very pleased with my care and recommend Dr. Taylor very highly.
